Die umgebaute Sägerei liegt ruhig, umgeben von Wiesen und Wald, mit Blick aufs Bergpanorama, das man vom Sitzplatz Grillstelle oder dem Hotpot aus genießen kann. Perfekt für Wander- und Bergtouren sowie Biker, die diverse Bikewege und eine Downhillstrecke nutzen können. Die Hütte ist per Luftseilbahn(nicht im Mietpreis enthalten), oder mit dem Auto (nur mit Fahrbewilligung, zusätzlich 70.- pro woche) erreichbar. Der Fußmarsch ab der Bergstation dauert etwa 1 Stunde (3,3 km, 320 Höhenmeter).

Die Maisonette-Wohnung befindet sich im 1833 erstellten, stilvoll renovierten Rothen Stall in Teufen. Der Blick auf die über 180-jährigen Dachbalken und die moderne Einrichtung schaffen eine einmalige Atmosphäre. Die Küche mit Bartisch und Hockern, das Wohnzimmer mit Ecksofa und Schreibtisch und das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett unter dem Dach strahlen Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit aus. Vom Wohnzimmer geht der Blick auf den Säntis. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentlicher Verkehr direkt vor der Haustür.

Per ragioni di spazio non è possibile aggiungere letti o lettini. Piscina e giardino in comune con altri ospiti. Aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, cassaforte. L’appartamento è vicino alla strada principale, che costeggia il lago, per questo motivo può esserci del rumore delle automobili in transito.l

Bird spot, take your floats and swim in the shallow fresh water, watch sunrises, sunsets and sailboats, and relax in this mini paradise. Great for pets and families too. There is a house being built roughly 100m from the property, minor noise emissions during the week from 7-12 and 13-17 are possible. However the site is already well advanced.

Our cosy Swiss chalet is situated in Flumserberg Bergheim - a quiet residential area, the closest ski lift is 5min by car or accessible by public transport. The apartment is accessible down a flight of stairs with a separate entrance and private garden/patio. The 1 bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the lounge is suitable for 2 adults & 2 young children or 3 adults. There are spectacular views of the Alps (Churfirsten) from all windows. Newly renovated & fully equipped.

Gemütliches Landhaus mit schöner Aussicht; freistehend; im Grünen; 1.5 km vom Dorf; 30 Auto-Minuten bis zur Stadt, mitten im Wandergebiet. Grosse Spielwiese, Aussichtsterasse (Pergola), Feuerring / Grill. Im Haus ist eine selbständige 2 Zimmer-Einlegerwohnung mit separatem Zugang. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus ist eine schmale Privatstrasse mit Ausweichbuchten. Winter: bei Schnee ist ein 4WD erforderlich! Leider keine Haustiere möglich, da ich starker Allergiker bin.
