This place is great - we booked mainly for the pool (which is superb, and has the most wonderful views across a meadow to the woodland) but the house far exceeded our expectations too. The photos really don't do it justice. The bedrooms are enormous and have very comfortable beds, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. The whole place is private and has a great feeling of spaciousness, and we felt very relaxed and peaceful. We will certainly return!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautifull and quiet. Just as described. Ian and Shayne are very kind. The house itself is well equiped and very spacious. The pool is great, as well as the surroundings. Close to nice little villages. If you are looking for a peacefull stay in France, this is it.

We had an excellent stay at Pierre and Beatrice’s place. The home is beautiful and well appointed. The pool was fun and the bbqs were great. The location was peaceful and allowed us to have some great family time during our busy days with outings to the local attractions in Bergerac. Our hosts were lovely and welcoming and made us feel at home. We will return!

We were particularly warmly welcomed by Liliane. The space is actually much more spacious than the photos suggest. We enjoyed a quiet and relaxing setting. The large garden served us well too! We'd recommend it without a second thought. The aperitif she prepared for us was greatly appreciated!

Very nice quiet property and surrounded by horses! The cottage is very nice, fresh with its thick walls, as is the park and the pool close to the castle. We enjoyed the calm and the beautiful pool shared with the other cottage and bed and breakfasts (but there is room for everyone). Communication with the owners was easy.

An amazing home with a special mention for the kitchen (spacious, very well-equipped, a real pleasure to cook with the family). The accommodation is warm, the bedding very comfortable. It is spacious and tastefully decorated. We also appreciated having a bathroom for each room, the spa outside, the charm of the small village. Thanks also to Dominique, the person we were in contact with, who was responsive whenever we asked.

Great place to stay for a quiet break in France. Village 10 mins drive for supermarket, restaurants etc. Fabulous gardens and pool. Gite has everything you need. Also a friendly cat and dog in the garden. Couple very helpful as had medical issues whilst staying. Thank you Iwona and Daniel
