Jolie petite maison ancienne entièrement rénovée située dans le bourg d'Argenton, à 3 minutes à pied du port et 7 minutes à pied de la plage. Jardin entièrement clos orienté plein sud, dans une impasse avec peu de passage. L'entrée dans la maison se fait par une petite véranda qui donne sur une grande pièce ouverte et lumineuse avec salon et cuisine toute équipée. A l'étage se trouvent deux chambres, une salle d'eau et des WC séparés. Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Old renovated farmhouse, our cottage is 400 meters from the first beach on a quiet street and not very busy in the village. The garden is not overlooked and offers a playground for the whole family. It is a simple and warm place, close to the GR34 for hikers and beaches for water sports (surfing, kitesurfing and diving) you can spend a beautiful holiday a few steps from the Aber Benoit.
