Beautiful location in great area. House is close to the beach. Lots of nature, small villages and tranquility. Recommended to relax or to go out and about. The cottage with two toilet and two bedrooms offers enough space for four people.

Impeccable accommodation, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly in line with the listing. Philippe and Lydie gave us a warm, simple and attentive welcome, which immediately set the tone for the stay: friendly and relaxing. The area is really ideal for recharging. Located in Kervignac, in a very quiet hamlet, the accommodation offers a magnificent view of the sea, almost unreal at sunrise and sunset. The tranquility of the place, the birdsong, the salty air and the proximity to nature make it a small haven of peace. It is an excellent starting point for exploring the region: Lorient, Erdeven, the Étel estuary or the beaches of Morbihan are only a few minutes away. Beautiful location with panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Very natural and relaxing spot to unwind watching the neighbours goats and listen to crickets. Lots of personal touches with the interior design of the home, extremely comfortable bed, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy breakfasts and BBQ. Warm and friendly welcome from our host and family.

House in a quiet and peaceful place 15 minutes from the beaches. We had a great time with friends and our dog. Stephanie is a very kind host and very easy to communicate with. I recommend it to discover the beautiful region of Etel and Port Louis as well as Morbihan.

Wonderful stay in Nancie's house on the edge of the Ria d 'Etel. Exceptional location and paradise from where we can observe seabirds. Canoes available to discover the Ria. The house is very cozy and spacious. We had an exciting ornithology and plants outing. Thanks to Nancie for her kindness and availability. The only problem is that it is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. For us, it wasn't a problem, but it might be for others. Otherwise the apartment is great, large, spacious and functional. They're easy to reach. Great stay, thank you Bernard

We had a very pleasant stay, whether for the most pleasant accommodation or for the walks between the wild coast and the bay of Quiberon. I don't forget the great view of the waterfront that alone deserves all the stars.

A few steps from the port, (excellent) restaurants, passionate small traders (great cheese and fish shop), Céline's house is a peaceful haven. The decor of the house is neat, the brightness is omnipresent, the comfort of the rooms is more than pleasant, a beautiful living space inside and out... nothing to say, we spent a long weekend with the family that was quite ideal. I will just specify the presence of a plancha and not a barbecue. The exchanges with Céline were very pleasant and she was present to answer the small questions of the arrival. Nothing to say, just to enjoy! And thank you Céline, for the little Breton welcome gift 🙂

Everything was perfect, a clean accommodation where nothing is missing, with a neat decor. We immediately feel at ease. Xavier de Groom was also perfect, very friendly, responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, the landscapes and beaches are magnificent. An excellent weekend, we will come back and will not hesitate to call on Groom.

We had a very good stay with friends in this beautiful house, the space accommodating 4 couples with all the comfort and privacy desired. The house is very well equipped, the bedding is good quality, the view is really beautiful and the beach is accessible directly from the terrace. Great! Valérie, who managed our stay, is very welcoming and responsive in our exchanges.

Very nice comfortable house for a large family (we were 6 adults and 5 children): everyone had their own room, beautiful TV room and games for the children. The garden was also a success for aperitifs, barbecues and relaxation for adults, and space for children to run. In short, a magnificent stay! Thank you Murielle
