Mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem geräumigen Wohn- und Kochbereich, genießen Sie die Ruhe in unserem kleinen Bauerndorf in der Nähe von Echternach. Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Wir liegen in der Region Müllerthal und binnen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Wanderwege und Hotspots der kleinen luxemburger Schweiz, sowie in 25 Minuten die Hauptstadt Luxemburg.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Small quiet attic apartment in Trier S

My accommodation is located in the quiet district Auf der Weissmark, in the immediate vicinity of the recreation area and nature reserve Mattheiser Weiher . The city center is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located directly in front of the house. The small daylight bath is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You will love the loft because of the outdoor space, the garden, the fireplace inside for coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. On the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, below a sofa bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and Eifel fans. The apartment offers all comforts. From parquet flooring, underfloor heating, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, 40-inch HDTV to mini library, everything is available. Of course, free Wi-Fi is included. Sleep on a 140 cm box spring bed and a super cozy 130 cm sofa bed. The private bathroom with underfloor heating is located door to door to the living area. My apartment and another room are separated by a hallway.

Small cozy studio apartment with foldaway bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), sofa bed, 50" TV and fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave. Also suitable for multi-day stays, as spices, oil, pots and pans are available for self-catering. Bathroom with walk-in shower and rain shower. Basement, belonging to the apartment, free use of washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and Wi-Fi.
