At the bottom of a cul-de-sac, not overlooked with a private terrace, come and relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation. Completely renovated in 2024, our 19th century house, made of regional tufa stone, will seduce you with its luxurious charm and modern comfort. We can accommodate up to 6 people. This gite is labeled Gites de France 3 épis. NB: our other cottage (adjoining) can also accommodate up to 6 people, perfect for your reunions for families or groups of friends.

The cottage is located in the countryside, on the D7, 3 km from the A85 motorway, 3 km from the Loire bike path, close to the castles of Villandry, Langeais (6 km) and Azay-le-Rideau (7 km). Fontevraud Abbey, the castles of Chinon, Saumur, Chenonceau, and even Chaumont-sur-Loire are accessible within the hour thanks to the expressways. Bike shelter available. Private parking. The cottage is completely separate from my house which is nearby. You're my only guests.

2021 apartment with tasteful decor so everyone can have a pleasant stay. Located 100 m from the castle, market and shops, you can do everything on foot (free parking on the street). The apartment is fully equipped so all you have to do is unpack your bags (sheets, towels provided)! The bedding is new (Dunlopillo brand), baby equipment (baby bed, high chair). A closed shelter is available to store bikes.

Very quiet and well located house. A well-enclosed garden perfect for dogs, we had three little female dogs. You can park a car in the garage. The barbecue is great. The house is well furnished and nothing is missing. The wifi is very efficient (wifi 5). Bed linens and towels are provided. And for our arrival a welcome gift which is very rare. The contacts with Sylvie were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental.

Had a really lovely stay at Thierry and Veronique's place. Really well fitted out, very clean, comfortable and quite private. We were even provided plenty of quality products for the first days breakfast. Was a good location for exploring parts of the Loire, chateaus, cycling etc. Thierry and Veronique made a real effort to provide a super stay whilst not being intrusive: Would definetely stay there again. Highly recommend.

A unique and captivating 16th century mill. An extremely tasteful restoration and furnishings to make you feel at home...the layout was exceptional for extended family of twelve, including 5 teenagers. We noted pool towels were unavailable even though towels were listed as being provided and limited soap and toilet rolls so supplies had to be found in town. We enjoyed a memorable raclette dinner using the 3 machines provided! Unfortunately, the oven was out of service when we arrived and for the duration of our stay and the hot water and hydronic heating also failed during our stay so that was a bit disappointing.
