Sebastian was a fantastic host! Very friendly and met us on arrival and showed us how everything worked ..great for us coming from another country..the location is amazing! We walked into Amsterdam city easily (20 minutes walk) but plenty of public transportation too! Very peaceful location after exploring for the day ..highly recommend this air bnb..no faults ..we will recommend to family and friends

Laura and her husband Arjan were the perfect hosts! Arjan served us breakfast each morning which included a basket of fresh bread, fruits and cheese. Arjan provided us with great recommendations and most especially - showed us how to use the tram system! It is a lovely apartment and they made us feel very welcome.

Do not hesitate to go there! It is the perfect getaway! Everything is well thought, well decorated, we felt so quickly at home and at peace. There are some houses and neighbours around the house but you might only see them when you arrive and leave. The place is private and quiet. The view is exactly like the picture, we spent evenings looking at the sky, the birds, the rabbits and the cows. A great place 😊

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Karin qui a pris le temps de nous donner quelques conseils et instructions malgré notre arrivée très tardive pour faute de vol retardé. L’appartement était propre et assez spacieux pour accueillir notre famille avec deux jeunes enfants. Ils étaient ravis de voir qu’il y avait des jeux à disposition. Il était idéalement placé : proche du centre mais dans un quartier tranquille donc pas de bruit le soir (même le week-end). Un endroit typique « Amsterdam » comme on en voit sur les photos! Le seul petit bémol serait l’odeur de renfermé qui se dégage après une douche si on n’ouvre pas la porte de la maison (car pas de fenêtre). Par beau temps cela fonctionne, à voir l’hiver… Mais merci à Karin et Dowe de nous avoir mis cet appartement à disposition! Nous le recommandons pour un séjour en famille!

Fantastic apartment, really clean and comfortable in a great neighbourhood: peaceful but walking distance to everything you could need. Loes and Fokke are wonderful hosts, warm and helpful- we had a brilliant few days exploring the city from the perfect base.

Wat een geweldig rustig plekje dichtbij de stad! De ideale plek als je na een uitstap naar Amsterdam in de rust wil vertoeven. Ook heel fijn in de zomer want je kan zwemmen in het kanaaltje voor de woonboot. Verschillende openbaar vervoersmogelijkheden op 10 min wandelen die naar het centrum van Amsterdam gaan. Alles aanwezig in het appartement. Veel hulp van Karin (kinderbedje, kinderstoel voorzien, uitleg over parkeermogelijkheden.

Eva’s place was perfect for a central base and had everything needed - great having a washing machine also. Location was great - easy walk to town for eating and also 15mins walk to the station. Eva herself was amazing and helped me out quickly when I locked myself out.

The house was great. The location is very good, but if you are going to stay here, it would be useful to have a car. There is a private entrance to the house. The owner "Kim" is really interested and communicates quickly. We thanks her very much. Everything was perfect.

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und haben die Unterkunft von Ben und Inge für 3 Nächte genutzt. Zum einen die Nähe von Amsterdam ( mit Bushaltestelle in der Nähe und dem Zug ab Weesp... total easy ! ) und den echt schönen kleinen Städte Weesp, Muiden und Naarden. Inge hat uns auf Wunsch jeden Morgen ein unfassbar tolles Frühstück gebracht. Sie ist eine tolle sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen tollen Start in den Tag. Wir haben uns bei Ben und Inge total wohl gefühlt und haben Ihre Gastfreundschaft sehr geschätzt. Die kleine eigenständige Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und gemütlich (wie auf den Fotos) eingerichtet. Eigentlich ein richtiger Geheimtipp, ....psst,aber nicht weitersagen :-) Danke Euch, Inge und Ben für die tolle Zeit ! Thomas & Astrid

Wir hatten tolle Tage im Haus von Richard! Die Lage ist exzellent, schön ruhig und mit dem See natürlich super zum erfrischen. Wir hatten das Boot dazu gemietet und auch eine schöne Zeit auf dem Wasser und dem größeren See verbracht. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, klimatisierte Räume waren perfekt an den heißen Tagen. Das zusammensitzen auf der Terrasse am See am Abend, super! Mit dem Haus macht man absolut nichts falsch und würden es immer wieder buchen.

Inge est un personne agréable et prête à rendre service (proposition de faire une lessive). Quelques douceurs nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Le logement est agréable et bien situé. Je recommande.

This AirBnb is all about the location. It is in a great spot near restaurants and many of the sights of Amsterdam. Right around the corner is a shop to rent a bike, or you can walk to public transportation in a few minutes. It’s next to a canal and the street location is blocked from cars driving past so the noise is minimal. The bed is very firm, but clean and comfortable. The shower is spacious and well done. It is a large space with lots of room to sit and relax. It is down one flight of stairs. This is a basement bedroom, but light and airy. This not a hotel room. But again, its location is the best. The owner is quite lovely and helpful. There is plenty of room for your luggage, but no closets or dresser to put items away. Well worth it!

Die Wohnung ist super, aber das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse auf 3 Seiten des Hauses, direkt am Wasser. Die großen Glasfronten im Wohnzimmer geben den Blick aufs Wasser frei, was die Wohnung auch bei kühlen Temperaturen besonders macht. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man am liebsten keinen Ausflug machen möchte, sondern nur in der Wohnung bleiben möchte.

Erg mooie locatie, heel dicht bij t centrum. Belangrijk om te melden is dat er geen parkeerplaats is voor de auto. 500 meter verderop is een gratis parkeerplaats. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Eerst de bagage afzetten en dan de auto naar de parkeerplaats brengen, ging goed (eenrichtingsverkeer). Het huisje is modern en gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien! Treinstation en bushalte zijn vlakbij om de verdere omgeving met t OV te verkennen. In de tuin staat een schuurtje waar je evt je eigen/gehuurde fietsen kwijt kunt. Het is een rustige omgeving en toch dichtbij t centrum! Heerlijke plek en zeker een aanrader.

We enjoyed our stay at Brenda and Michael’s super clean, spacious, well appointed home. It was full of light and the eclectic decor really added to the experience. The location was ideal, just 2 train stops from Centraal with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the house. Communication couldn’t have been better. We had a issue with the coffee machine and Michael stopped by the same day to fix it. We would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Wir waren mit 4 Mädels für 4 Tage da. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Auch in der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden. die Betten waren äußerst bequem. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt in den See und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seeseite ist ein Sandstrand. Es gibt eine gute Busanbindung nach Alkmaar und in die Stadt, wo man im übrigen sehr gut Essen kann. Auch der Lieferservice hat gut geklappt. Sollten wir noch einmal in diese Gegend wollen werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Wir waren im Juni 2025 für 7 Tage in der Klaver Garage und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen haben Sanny und Dennis umgehend geantwortet. Man kann die Klaver Garage guten Gewisens weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße Matthias und Christiane

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very nice, peaceful, convenient and situated in a nice neighbourhood. Helena was very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage at the apartment until we needed to go to the airport. Helena also gave us some very good local recommendations

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung und zum Erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – ihre Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten waren sehr wertvoll. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr luxuriös eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

We had a great stay! Hugo was easy to contact, gave us many local recommendations, and easy to follow directions. The place was clean, had a great view, and is on a quiet street. Location was great, very walkable to all of the main tourist attractions. We were worried about not having a tv but didn’t miss it. Just a heads up to people in the U.S.-bring wash cloths to Europe. All 3 of the Airbnb’s that we stayed at did not provide them. I read that they consider it a personal item, like a toothbrush, and expect you to bring your own. Thank you Hugo!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Fleur’s apartment. It is very close to a tram stop which made it easy to get around, and it was well situated between the main areas of the city, making it a good base to explore from. The apartment was nice - it had everything we needed for a couple days in the city. The only thing to note is that the stairs within the apartment (from living area to bedroom) are narrow and steep, but this seems quite typical of stairs in this area- the same was true of stairs in restaurants in the area. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay there again!

Morningstar is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location could not be better. It is right across the canal from The Ann Frank house. There are many wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby. The hosts have thought of everything. I would highly recommend to anyone!
