Our cozy, bright attic apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (sofa bed, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

Large apartment equipped with everything you need. We had bicycles with us, with which we could take beautiful excursions in the area from Nußdorf. The center of Landau is also easily accessible in this way. A bus stop is also in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Since there is no gastronomy in the city village, mobility is important. However, the apartment also has a well-equipped kitchen, so you can cook and dine there.

The host Ursula always responded very quickly, my accidental booking was very flexible, very friendly and helpful. The area is beautiful, a small shop right in the corner, parking spaces at the church easy to find. In the afternoon, the ice cream vendor came to the marketplace. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay. Everything is harmoniously arranged, nothing was missing. In front of the house, there was a small garden where we could eat undisturbed every evening. Great location for excursions to the surrounding area, 5 minutes to the city by bike.

Carola, a very nice lady, was very flexible with our arrival time - because the trains did not run as they should - and even picked us up from the train station. The apartment is completely sufficient for two people, very clean and has a wonderful garden - as in the picture. Very recommended.
