Pete n Nicole are the great host. Always responsive and prompt reply to my questions. All appliances are in great conditions. We're happy about their house, a far from city but so peaceful and private.

We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

Ted's Rest was a step back to the 70's (era we were born!). Love those furnishings, lino, crockery, bathroom colours & tiles! It was a very comfortable place to stay; excellent beds & plenty of windows to open & let the sea breeze in. Although it is dated it is a very clean place to stay in. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony & watching the world go by or walking down to the nearby beach (so close) with our dogs. Everything was within walking distance. There are no curtains on the windows (except for a couple of roller shutters at the front); just scrims. Eye patches are good if you don't want to be awake at the crack of dawn!

Great value. Walk to beach n overall peaceful location. We had an issue with an amenity but host was fair and helped us with it. Had a great time overall n grateful for a place for our big group. Host was very responsive.

With beautiful views of the ocean, the batch is equipped with everything you could need. Ideal for families! Ledge point is a beautiful, cozy beach town and the main entrance to the beach is only few mins walk from the Accommodation, We really loved our stay and cannot wait to visit again.

Lovely property in superb location. Views from balcony are wonderful and the sunsets magnificent. Only drawback is that to get the views main living accommodation is up a flight of stars so all shopping, baggage etc also has to be carried up. All in all a a great place with unforgettable sunsets. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay! The house was beautifully maintained, and offered stunning views, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The space was cosy and well-equipped, though it would have been even more comfortable with a room heater or warmer during the colder nights. We didn’t use the pool much because of the winter chill, but it looked lovely for warmer seasons. The WiFi was a bit slow at times, but Netflix streamed well, so we still enjoyed our evenings in. We also loved the two adorable dogs on the property, they were respectful of our space and didn’t disturb us at all. Thank you for a lovely experience, highly recommended!

We booked Villa Catalina for a surprise girls’ weekend to celebrate our friend, a future Bride to be, even flying in some friends from Sydney to make it extra special—and it couldn’t have been a better choice! The photos truly don’t do it justice. This villa is stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed to make it the perfect place to relax, unwind, and not want to leave. Shelby, the host, was absolutely incredible. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The welcome basket on arrival was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. I can’t thank her enough for everything! It was the perfect weekend!! Highly recommend and would love to return!

Tony's place was great. We had a 2 week gap from selling our home to moving into the new home and Tony's place was so convenient, easy and well located. Gave us the space we needed to store last minute items to store between homes. Tony's communication was outstanding and he was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend Tony's home as a great place to stay.

Our family had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home in Mullaloo. The house was perfect for our needs—spacious, comfortable, and kid-friendly. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kids loved the pool and the table tennis table. It was a great location for seeing around Perth and Western Australia during our 3 week stay. The letting agent and the host were very helpful whenever we any queries. We wouldn't hesitate to say here again when we visit Perth.

We stayed here in Autumn and found it was easy to access mullaloo beach, cafes and a local shop just around the corner. It was easy to access places and the freeway. The accommodation matched the description and all towels and linen were provided even beach towels! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to book with a few guests. Plenty of space and although we didn’t use the pool we did use the outside area which was great!

We had a great time with such a beautiful house & enjoyed our time connecting & cooking in the kitchen. The house is spacious, we really felt at home. One of the best features is the fireplace. Also, fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Krishia the host & her team are very friendly, informative & responsive.

We have loved our stay and would definitely come back again. We have had great communication with Michelle all the way through the experience. The property was great with loads of room and everything we needed.

We had the best couple of weeks at the beach house. The house itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host Karin was so nice, she was always on hand to answer any questions and sent us lots of things to do. Perfect 🤩

Great location and comfortable place

Our stay here was great from 1st day. Ron was so helpful. He gave us the use of another pool while pump was being fixed in our pool. He showed us around his other properties as we will be regularly to Australia as our daughter lives there, we will be wanting accommodation yearly. Top property and top host. Thanks Ron 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at Yan Goon. From booking right through to check out, Amy was very friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was comfortable and relaxing.The house is a great size. We were 1 of 3 families staying and there was ample space for everyone. Four bedrooms were at the rear of the property and could be closed off by a hallway door, making it easy to put the kids down and block out any noise from the living area. Lounge room has a modern TV with apps so you can log in and use (we didn't need our Chrome cast). The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, crockery, utensils etc and a very modern oven (had air fry as an option!). The house is located in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac and across the road from a big oval (walking distance to more parks as well). It's a quick 2 minute drive to the beautiful beach and 10min drive to the national Park. Amy was lovely to deal with. I recommend staying at this property. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay Amy!

Very enjoyable stay…outdoor area could have been improved with a table and some chairs but overall very happy with everything ..we really look forward to staying again..Thankyou Rachel for the lovely quality and style..so tasteful .

Sarah’s home was spacious, welcoming and warm with plenty of signs of it being lived in and loved. We especially loved the play area and large grassed backyard, as well as it being dog friendly. Everything was modern and tastefully renovated, and all bathrooms were open and accessible. Sarah was a super communicator and went out of her way to accommodate our dates, which we are really thankful for!

The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Each bedroom was immaculately presented and the master was delightfully spacious and luxurious with its open plan bathroom and 75” UHD TV viewable from both the bath tub and the bed. Up stairs in the evening we really enjoyed having a beverage and enjoying the fantastic sunsets. Downstairs the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the spacious grass areas to play on. They also have a dart board and various board games which provided many hysterics thanks to cards against humanity family edition! The kitchen and BBQ areas allowed for easy meals at the most amazing single piece natural edge wood dining table. Plenty of fridge space with the bonus ice maker in the freezer Once the kids were off to bed we would retire to the home theatre room to enjoy the massive screen with access to Netflix. This place had one of the best internet connections I’ve had anywhere, which was greatly appreciated as phone reception can be sparse.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Pelican Shak. Great space, lots of room for the kids to play. Good location. We were very happy with our stay :)

We booked last minute with some friends for my partners birthday. We had a great time. Plenty of seats for everyone. Beds were comfy. I asked a few questions leading up to the trip and they got back to me very quickly. Even though there is no working air con, there were fans in every room. Ants were a small problem, so don’t leave anything out. We would book again 😊
