Amenities: full kitchen, full bath, laundry rm, living rm with 60" smart tv, an extra large 600sqft upstairs bedroom with a 55" smart tv. Bedroom has 2 queen beds w/ memory foam tops. Living rm has a pull out queen bed. Sorry no parties.

Our road is bumpy in and steep in areas, but we have never had a guest not make it up here. This cottage is private, even though it is next to our residence. It has a 6' privacy fence. Once inside the gate,you are met with beautiful landscaping and a view of Lake Isabella and the surrounding mountains that are well worth the drive.The cottage is set for 1-2 adults.

Mary’s place was very clean. She went out of her way to welcome us with some cold drinks and snacks waiting for us. Very thoughtful. She had a nice variety of necessities you may have forgotten, really thoughtful. Nice bedding and towels and very comfortable bed. Truthfully, I think it would be difficult to cook in kitchen. Others may feel differently. You’re in Vegas, so much good food. Easy drive to strip and nice to go home to peace and quiet and a good nights rest. You can’t go wrong staying here. She does all she can to think of making your stay nice. We would be happy to stay here again.

We rented for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was amazing! Exactly like the pictures and very very nice! My boyfriend said it was his best birthday yet! Pool was so refreshing in the nearly 100 degree heat we’ve been having too!
