Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Lambton Shores

Our group of women friends (40+ years of fun weekends away) were very pleased with our stay. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was easy to work in and decently equipped, the place was a great size and layout for a group. We loved the yard, had a great bonfire night, found a lovely walking trail to a peaceful spot on the creek, and relaxing to enjoy the space, inside and out. The area is very peaceful and pretty. Halina responded very quickly to any of our questions. This is a great place to stay with a group, and feel at home. We would look for a date to return to this home again. It is comfortably suitable for friends or a family with kids. tips: bring firewood, pillows and extra towels. The couch is deep and was more comfortable for relaxing and movies when we added pillows. Stayed here with three girlfriends for a weekend and loved Shay's place! The information that Shay provided was clear and she was very responsive. The house is beautiful - lovely design and decoration, well stocked kitchen and comfortable areas to lounge and relax. The location right on the water was so pretty. If I wanted to host a family gathering, I would definitely want to come back here. Well worth the money and highly recommended.

Beautiful place for any season. This was one of our favorite airbnb stays. Helena is an excellent host. The space is clean and thoughtfully decorated. Many books, a fireplace, extensive views of Lake Huron from most windows: we enjoyed every minute here. We especially liked the amazing stove, the sunrises, boat and bird watching, the lower stair deck, and kayaking. We explored the shoreline in both directions. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time at Creeks Edge. Hosts are friendly and responsive. Everything was clean and tidy and as promised in the listing. We’ll be back!

We had such a wonderful weekend at this beautiful cottage! The space was thoughtfully decorated, cozy, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were so kind and responsive, which made everything super easy. Highly recommend—would absolutely love to come back!

Mike's place was great place to stay for our fishing trip. Very clean, comfortable beds, and great view of the black river. Mike was very nice and friendly. Will definitely be back!

From the moment I messaged Louise she was very open,honest and kind. Super easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. Answering anything I asked. The home is gorgeous. I cant even begin to tell you how beautiful it really is. Every minor detail, decor piece and little detail is so well put together, homey and thoughtful. The house has a welcoming feeling about it to the point where youre so calm and at peace. That doesnt come easy. The rooms are spacious, and lots of storage if you need it. Bedding and beds are wonderful. The bathroom is also super amazing with a double sink for getting ready. The yard is stunning and well maintained, you can tell she takes great pride in every aspect of their home. It was a dream to stay here and I can not recommend it enough!! If you have the chance, please go stay here.

We loved our stay at Rebecca's Tree House apartment. The apartment was well cleaned and comfortable -- beachy vibes but very home-y. The view out the dining room window is incredible, especially when the early morning sun hits the water. The rear deck is gorgeous and peaceful. Rebecca herself is very proactive with communication, giving ample details to help us enjoy our stay. We couldn't have been happier with our visit.

Awesome find! The host, Christopher, was very communicative and greeted us as soon as we arrived. He was extremely hospitable and very friendly and gave us plenty of local recommendations. Very peaceful location and the space itself was clean with a great layout. I would highly recommend and would strongly consider coming back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Charlene’s! The apartment was carefully put together and had everything we would need or want; we felt right at home. The hot tub was a lovely feature and Charlene’s breakfast was excellent. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Pam’s place! The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend, right across the street from the park and the kayaks were an awesome addition! Was pretty easy to figure out how to use everything and Pam was very responsive and helpful! The place had everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely recommend!

Ernie is an incredible host. Responsive, proactive, clear instructions and expectations are all is forte. On top of that Ernie is very friendly and is always willing to help without hesitation. The space was fresh clean and very comfortable with very nice amenities. The back garden was peaceful and quiet backing on to a ravine with a walking path winding through the neighborhood. All in all 6 stars out of 5 😊.

We really enjoyed my stay at the cabin! It was the perfect getaway. Becky was also super communicative from the time we booked up until our check out. Would definitely recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious home! Our family of 8, ranging in age from 3 to 60, felt completely comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable family getaway. The grandkids especially loved the toys and play areas—it made a big difference having a space where they could have fun while the adults relaxed. We had plenty of room to gather, laugh, and create lasting memories as a family. It’s not always easy to find a place that works so well for a group of all ages, but this home exceeded our expectations.

Staying at Elizabeth’s place was truly an unforgettable experience. First, the location is perfect—just the right distance from Toronto, not too close and not too far. Second, Elizabeth is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel like an old friend. She went above and beyond to provide everything we needed—and more. Lastly, the place itself is a hidden gem, nestled in an ancient cedar forest right by the river. We especially loved watching the beautiful sunset by the fire pit. Will definitely come back again. We were looking for a place to celebrate my birthday something different, unique, and peaceful. And this place was the perfect setting! The location was very private just what we were looking for! We had a fantastic stay! The cabin was exactly as described, incredibly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. If you're looking for privacy, this is the perfect spot. The host, John and Nadia, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Honestly, this was the best stay I’ve had in a long time! so peaceful, comfortable, and just what I needed. Everything was perfect, right down to the smallest details. What a Gem 💎!!!

It is located in a beautiful area near Lake Wildwood. Near St Mary’s and Stratford. The cabin is comfortable and clean. Peter and Sara communicate with us all instructions and directions. I would love to return for a longer period of time.

The pictures made it seem bigger than it actually was but overall, it was a very cute and peaceful place to stay. They gave recommendations for places to eat, shop, and get coffee along with providing the necessities for living while there. The layout is wonderful for a little vacation to just get away from the noise. We were given a lot of privacy while still feeling like we could ask for anything we needed. When we had questions all I needed to do was ask and I got a response within 5 minutes on two different occasions. Very pretty and well taken care of. I would definitely reccomend it to anyone looking to get away for a while.

We will 100% be booking with Moe again. He was right there with us whenever we needed him and was so friendly! His dog Rocco was also a hoot! The place was spotless, there were fire pits EVERYWHERE! grills, all of the beach equipment you could ask for, crystal clear night sky, it was perfect! Definitely coming back later in the summer!!!

Our second stay. It was just as lovely. But maybe a bit nicer, 'cos we came with knowing anticipation and still were delighted even more. The Knotty exists like the Room of Requirement in Hogwarts. Lisa and Jason have thought of everything needed for downtime excellence. On this visit, we got to experience the Gnome's fireside charms. Jason kindly shared pro tips for how to light a woodstove and keep it going. Goderich is a sleepy star of Ontario's west coast. Please explore it e.g., the Goderich to Guelph Rail Trail and the John Hindmarsh/ Maitland Trail.
