House holiday rentals in Lambrate, Milan

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

Airy, bright, clean and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped - more so than at other places we’ve stayed. The deck area is lovely to sit in, and the whole flat felt private - even though the family is onsite… Flavio and Milena are friendly but not invasive, and the tiny kids are learning the trade! Friendly and welcoming. Como is always a hassle to navigate, but Flavio’s insider knowledge made our trip there seamless and truly enjoyable. The hosts are all about making it work for you - which is brilliant!

We had a wonderful stay! The view over the vineyards is absolutely stunning, and the pool was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing. Alberto was very kind and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. There are also some great restaurants nearby, which was a big plus. The only small downside was that the beds were a bit worn-out, but everything else more than made up for it.

Deze plek is zeker een aanrader. Het huis is zeer smaakvol, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host Denise en haar man zijn supervriendelijk. We kregen een zeer warm welkom en we hebben veel tips van ze gekregen voor activiteiten in de omgeving. De tuin is ook heerlijk. We hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de tafeltennistafel. Kortom: een toplocatie.

Clelia ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich wohl und willkommen. Wir wurden mit leckeren Lebensmitteln versorgt. Alles war da, sehr schön! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Het huis van Matteo is voortreffelijk! Een heerlijk zwembad, grote badkamer met bubbelbad en een badkamer met inloopdouche beneden. De keuken is volledig uitgerust! Buiten kun je heerlijk zitten. Toen wij er zaten hadden we twee stormen. De eerste storm zorgde ervoor dat een vloerkoeling niet meer werkte. Meteen werd er geregeld dat wij mobiele airco’s kregen! Wat een super service. Dit was buiten de macht van Matteo, maar hij regelde meteen dat zijn broer en moeder kwamen om alles te controleren! De moeder van Matteo stond ons ook op te wachten toen we aankwamen. Wat een lieve vrouw! We hebben heerlijk genoten in het huis en bij het zwembad! Bergamo is om de hoek en goed te doen met het openbaar vervoer of taxi. De bus stopt bijna voor de deur. Onze hond kon vrij rondlopen zonder dat we hem in de gaten hoefden te houden. Maar met 30+ graden lag hij het liefst in het koele huis ☺️. Dank je wel Matteo voor je service en dat wij mochten genieten in jou mooie huis!

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous views and finishes in the home. The outside landscaping and pool area was very pretty as well.

Excelente ubicación para los que tenemos actividades en el Centro de Convenciones Micco. A una cuadra un excelente supermercado, a una cuadra el Metro. Zona tranquila, arbolada, iluminada, segura y comunicada. ¡Una joya! Mil gracias Micol.

Sono stato ospitato da Marcello nel suo splendido loft. Molto confortevole e fornito di tutto il necessario per trascorrere in serenità uno splendido soggiorno. La zona è molto ben fornita di servizi e di locali di ogni tipo e per tutti i gusti. Qualora dovessi aver ancora bisogno o dovrei consigliarlo non mi risparmierei nel dire che Alchemy Loft è proprio una bella realtà. Sicuramente ci tornerei se ne avessi bisogno.

Appartamento perfetto per le nostre necessità e estremamente funzionale (super nuovo). Ottimo per chi deve raggiungere Circolo Magnolia o Idroscalo invece di ritrovarsi nel traffico di Milano!

Guter Ort um Milano zu erkunden! Von der Wohnung aus sind Bars, Restaurants, einige Läden, etc. super erreichbar. Für alles Andere ist die Metro gerade um die Ecke. Es ist etwas laut, weil das Quartier sehr belebt ist. Mit geschlossenem Fenster ging es tiptop, aber evtl. Schwierig für sehr leichte Schläfer. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Fotos, ist perfekt sauber und es hatte bereits ein kühles Getränkt im Kühlschrank :) ! Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert!

Fully recommend! Dimitri was really good, responding to messages within minutes, and was very helpful. Apartament was very clean and modern. Really good for family 2+2. Kitchen had everything you need (maybe just need a sharper knife!). 10 minute walk to metro which takes You directly to Duomo without need to change the lines. Parking the car was bit challenging in the evenings as all the places were usually taken, but there was a public car park with lots of spaces about 5 minute walk from the apartament. Supermarket within walking distance, local bakery just across the road and small shop which was open till late night. Lidl and Il Gigante about 10 minute drive as well. For runners: there are two large parks just about 1 km from the apartament which had lots of paths for training (some local events were happening also!).

We stayed here for 3 nights and we visited milano and lake como Its a great place if u have a car, there is free parking next to the place The place is not the fanciest but we had everything we needed The snacks for the breakfast were nice and plenty from the host The only negative thing was the bed, there were 2 single beds not 1 double snd it was a little uncomfortable

Great host, he was very responsive, clear guidance and very friendly host. Very clean rooms, furniture and features as described. I can recommend the place without any hesitation.

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen an Tram und Metro. Im Umkreis gab es viele Restaurants und Pizzerien, aber auch ein oder mehrere Supermärkte waren fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und alles hat super geklappt. Empfehlenswert und gerne wieder

Beautiful apartment in Milan, perfect for two people and for those with an eye for design!

Such a lovely place to stay in the heart of Milan. At walking distance from metro stations, bars and ameneties and a lovely park. The lofts are great, quiet, surrounded by a lovely well kept garden. Luigi the host and the other residents were all incredibly friendly and respectful of each other. Will definitely book again when in Milan.

Ho soggiornato un mese in questo appartamento stupendo,dal 6 marzo al 6 aprile. A pochi passi dalla fermata Precotto, da dove si può raggiungere ogni zona di Milano. L’appartamento é molto confortevole e silenziosissimo! É tutto nuovo e troverete tutto ciò che vi serve per cucinare anche a casa! A 5 minuti a piedi avete il supermercato Iperal e appena fuori dalla metro l’Aldi. Io ho fatto check in e check out con il co-host Francesco che é una persona meravigliosa. Il primo soggiorno a Milano dove posso dire di essermi trovata bene al 100% con la zona,l’appartamento ,la proprietaria Chiara e il co-host Francesco. Sembrava proprio di essere a casa! Complimenti anche per l’arredamento,perché anche i dettagli fanno la differenza. Mi manca già quella casa che ho sentito mia per un mese! Grazie davvero per tutto! Vi auguro ogni bene!

Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque persone presso la struttura per una sola notte, una coppia nella camera al piano terra, una coppia al piano superiore soppalcato ed una quinta persona nel divano letto al piano terra zona ingresso. L’appartamento si presenta pulito, arredato con cura, letti comodi, bagni puliti e ben insonorizzato. L’host si è dimostrato sempre reattivo per ogni richiesta in fase di prenotazione, fornendo inoltre informazioni utili per parcheggiare la nostra auto in zona. Le informazioni per il check-in sono state fornite in modo dettagliato. Unico appunto riguarda l’impossibilità di oscurare i lucernari a tetto, infatti chi dorme nel soggiorno e nel soppalco non ha la possibilità di oscurare o schermare la luce che entra dai lucernari, potrebbe essere uno svantaggio per chi, come nel nostro caso, preferisce dormire con il buio. Si tratta in ogni caso di una preferenza personale. Nel complesso consiglierei la struttura.

Luliana was a fantastic host — kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Patrizia war perfekt! Sie hat uns mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen erwartet, uns Restauranttipps und Empfehlungen für den Möbelsalon geben und war super freundlich. Die Wohnung war viel grösser als erwartet und blitzsauber, mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet und sehr praktisch und ruhig gelegen. Nur eine kurze Distanz zur M1 Metro, die einen schnell ins Stadtzentrum bringt. Wir kommen wieder!

Great studio, located near the metro line, fully equipped with modern facilities, the washing machine and the AC can be very handy. The hosts are super reactive and they give detailed answers.
