All within walking distance.

We loved our first stay at Shae's place so much we came back! This is a wonderful spot to just relax and enjoy the area of Lakeland. We will definitely book here again. The neighborhood is very quiet and a nice place to walk . I appreciate that Shae leaves extra linens and towels and such so we don't have to keep asking for more. She really pays attention to detail here. Highly recommended!

It's easy to see why this is a super host. The description accurately described the accommodations, and the host was very accommodating. The room was comfortable and quiet and I love the little desk that allowed me to be able to work at my computer comfortably. I was surprised by the mini fridge in the closet, which turned out really helpful. What a nice touch. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and I never felt like me or my car were in any danger. This was a perfect place for me to stay while I was visiting the Sun 'n Fun airshow, and I would easily choose this again. Next time I come.

Amazing place! The house is super cozy, well-equipped, and very well located in Lakeland. The atmosphere is family-friendly, quiet, and peaceful. We were in town for the Swan City music festival, which was a very interesting and fun experience. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Chris' place after flying into Lakeland. It was close to the airport and easy to find. We loved the place. It's well decorated and very clean. I stayed there with my mother and two children on the pull-out couch. I'd definitely go back again!
