Had a fabulous stay in Niles, MI! The property had everything we needed for a smooth run and extremely fun weekend getaway. Everything was exactly how it looked and was described when booking the property. Super easy, friendly, and timely communication, with all questions answered and needs addressed. Would definitely go back or recommend to family and friends!

Great place for us to crash for the ND graduation weekend. About 25 minute drive. Beautiful location, wish we could enjoy the outdoors more if we weren’t so busy with grad events.

An excellent home with tons of character and all the right amenities for our gathering. David was a responsive host and flexible with our requests!

How can I put in a few words how we felt about Cary’s house! We loved it immediately, everything outside, everything inside! Absolutely NOTHING was missing. Anything you needed was waited for you to need it. The house is meant to please the pickiest folks . You can’t name a thing that was a disappointment. Where else will you find a garden just waiting for you to pick it??

Lovely host, she was helpful and friendly. Aislin is repsonsive and eager to help. space is as described. Good location, user friendly.

Absolutely amazing cabin in the woods. A great place to stay on our first night of a long road trip. Very quiet and beautiful area to unwind.

I stay here at least once a year. Perfect for my travel needs to South Bend.

We had a great stay at Melinda’s place. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable throughout our time there. Melinda was an excellent host—always responsive, kind, and attentive to every detail. Her service was top-notch. Just a small note for future guests: be mindful that the driveway entrance can occasionally be partially blocked if neighbors park too close. It wasn’t a major issue during our stay, but having a visible sign could help avoid this kind of inconvenience. Overall, a very positive experience. We highly recommend this home and truly appreciate Melinda’s hospitality.

We travel a lot and this is our favorite AirB&B. We’ve been coming here for a few years because the house, location, and host are the best. Already looking forward to our next stay here.

This was our second time staying at the island home. Enjoyed every minute and already planning our next visit. Great place to stay with our extended family while spending time at the lake.

For this trip, it was my husband and I and our 2 kids (18 & 21). Kyle's airbnb is in a perfect location right on the St. Joseph's River. It is beautiful and peaceful. The in-ground pool is a lovely perk and he has a dock to hang out on or go fishing. My husband and son loved fishing and hanging out on the dock. Kyle and his wife are friendly and so are the neighbors. The second floor apartment is above a garage and is 1 bedroom with beds all in the same room. There is a second bathroom with a shower as well as a sitting room with a larger TV and kitchen space downstairs which is nice if you need more space. We had problems while there with the internet. Kyle did check into it and tried to fix it, however it didn't work well the entire stay. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This place was amazing for our family vacation. The goal was to spend family time together & there was plenty for us all to do. Lots of outdoor activities in nature! The beach was great for adult hang-out & games of spike ball (which we brought), & fun in the sand for the kids. Loved our pontoon boat rides & campfires as well. The indoor pool was great anytime day & night & was always a good back up in case it we had rain. The common areas were large enough for us to all have space & there was plenty of sleeping room. We had an amazing time & will definitely revisit. Ryan was courteous & quick to respond. Absolutely loved this trip!

This house was AMAZING!!! I would highly highly recommend it. It was clean and had a ton of space. The hot tub, yard, and pool were amazing. There is even an Escape Room within the house. Todd communicated super well, getting back to you very quickly. We had a fabulous time enjoying all the amenities. It is perfect for a nice weekend getaway!

Great hosts! We were welcomed and given a full tour by the host as we arrived. The place was as described. Peaceful and quiet surroundings, super safe area. Highly recommended.
