The Cottage LtC ( lemon tree cottage)

This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

The Storage Shed Ahuriri

The Storage Shed started its life in 1875 as part of Denholms general store, and is arguably one of the oldest buildings in the area. It is now a beautiful studio room decorated with up cycled retro furniture to create a bright happy creative space. The open ceiling with its rafters, ply walls, huge doors and windows create a light modern loft style space. The storage shed is one street back from the sea and bike paths in the heart ❤️ of Ahuriri village. Check my other listing right next door.

The Cottage, unique and tastefully decorated.

Whilst we cannot offer sea views we are only one street back from the beach so an easy walk if you wish to take a seaside stroll or bring along your surf casters. We also have the most beautiful cycle/walk tracks that will take you all the way to the city centre if you so wish. We are situated 10 from airport and 15 minutes to the city . We are also a very short stroll to the lovely crab farm winery. Plus snapper park camp ground is a short walk which offers eat in or take away meals.

Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

The Shed@Longview

The 'shed' is situated on our lifestyle block not far from Napier. It is was originally a farm implement shed, but has been repurposed as an extra accomodation space. It is very private being set away from the main house with a lovely rural outlook. The large open plan studio space consists of a lounge, kitchenette and dining area, with a seperate bedroom and bathroom space. We enjoy meeting new people so would love to welcome you to 'the shed'.
