Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Talquin

We stayed at this awesome property for 5 nights. We had our teens, a fur baby and a small boat along on the trip. The best part of staying here was the location for sure!!! The water views were stunning from nearly every spot in the house. The ease of getting our boat in and out of the water was just fantastic because a boat ramp was right there in the community and just 2 streets over. We thoroughly enjoyed fishing and exploring the beautiful waters of Oyster Bay. Loved it!

This is our 2nd stay at Amanda and David’s place and won’t be our last. Both trips Amanda has been very quick to respond to any questions and both trips she was able to be flexible with our check-out plans. The home is very comfortable - less than a 10 minute drive to FSU or FAMU campuses. Also just 5 minutes from Govenors Square Mall and a large variety of shops and other businesses along Apalachee Pkwy. Neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. We love the mid-century look and feel of the home (just our vibe!). Pictures of the home are exactly how it appears. Home and hosts are highly recommended by us.

My family and I recently stayed at Caseys home and it was beautiful! Kids loved the pool, stayed in all weekend! Everything was close by, street was nice and quiet as well. Had everything we needed for a nice weekend. We will definitely book again in the future.

We booked last minute due to me changing birthday plans but Tonya accommodated us without a problem, the space was clean smelled good and was better than the pictures, we enjoyed our stay.

This house was a perfect place to host my family during a busy weekend at FSU. The house has many special qualities and my family and I were honored to stay in such a beautiful home surrounded by nature. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and look forward to our next trip. I’m beyond grateful to Rachel for the amazing communication, rapid response and flexibility. She went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Her place is beautiful, clean, cozy, with all the amenities, exactly what we needed. Everything went as planned, she always responded within the hour. When I had a last minute change of plans, she was so gracious to accommodate our request. There’s a reason why she is a “guest’s favorite”. She truly is trust worthy. Cute house in a great location! The house was clean and as described and in a walkable area with restaurants nearby.

Host Nakia was friendly and easy to communicate with, the house well appointed and maintained. Easy entry. Location several miles from shops and town, half hour from the airport, was a bit inconvenient (not a place to stay if you plan to taxi/rideshare or walk anywhere) but great for feeling private. Lovely retreat (and super comfy beds).

Tim’s place was great. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Highly recommend it. Stores are all a short walk or drive away.

The cottage is comfortable and well appointed, so that it does a lot in a small space. I enjoyed my stay very much. Jim is a gracious and responsive host.

Out of all the air bnbs I stayed in this one was definitely my favorite! I absolutely loved it . It was so nice , spacious , superrrrr clean , quiet neighborhood, close to a lot of restaurants , stores and clubs if you like to hangout . She was so friendly and understanding, responded quickly and was available at any time. She was very detailed with the instructions. House definitely felt like I was at home . The bed was so comfortable. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet . This place is 100000/10 I highly recommend anybody booking.

My whole family enjoyed this place, especially my son who loves to fish. So quiet and peaceful, we'll be back when in Bristol.

I had a wonderful stay in Tallahassee! Our rental was clean & cozy and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the hosts were great. I would definitely stay here again.

My son and I were visiting family in Tallahassee and Kay's place was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and well appointed and we truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Bradley’s Airbnb. Bradley was super responsive and very helpful throughout our trip. The location was perfect and very close to Florida State University, which made everything super convenient. We were only about 8 minutes from Foxtail Coffee and about 20 minutes from The Edison, which is a great place for dinner. The house was extremely clean and well-maintained, and the big pool was a wonderful bonus. I highly recommend staying here. You will be well taken care of!

I have stayed at this location twice and both times were a amazing. I've also stayed at another one of Susan's place. She is so wonderful and her units are SO clean and comfortable. The beds are great and she make the homes so inviting. She is a dream to communicate with - so responsive and so sweet. She is the perfect host and her rentals are the perfect place to stay!! Thank you Susan for being you and giving us a great experience while in Tally!

I truly enjoyed my 2 night stay. The location was very convenient. It was just as advertised. I will definitely stay again. This is one of my top 3 places to stay when in Tallahassee.

I really enjoyed my stay! The space had modern but simple touches that made it feel comfortable and inviting. I loved the view from the patio. Being able to see both the sunrise and sunset was such a treat. The beds were super comfortable, and the smart TV made streaming easy and convenient. Cooking meals was simple with the well equipped kitchen, and the location couldn’t have been better. Steps from the beach and close to a nearby market, which made grabbing essentials quick without needing to drive far. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at Marlinda’s place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to where we need it to be and restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again (2nd time here ) and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
