My husband, Joe, retired in 2018 from his job of 30 yrs. I retired in Jan 2020 (right before Covid19) from owning/operating a large childcare facility for 22 yrs. We raised our 5 children in this beautiful home. We love to share our gift of hospitality when we have the opportunity. Dayton is a short drive to Carson City, Virginia City, Lake Tahoe, Reno. It is perfect for long/short term business, family, leisure trips, or anyone just looking for a comfortable place to stay between destinations.

Cozy Basement Living with Private Entrance

Warm and inviting finished basement with it's own entrance and free parking. Centrally located in upscale southwest Reno neighborhood. 5 minutes away from the airport. Close to walking trails. Includes 1 master bedroom with a queen bed, a second full size bed and a small futon. Food station includes a coffee machine, microwave, small electric oven, air fryer and mini-fridge. 48" tv with Roku, WiFi, workspace in master bedroom. Outdoor eating area. We do welcome pets with a $45 fee.

Great location, private sauna, and accommodating host right next door, I have all the recs and free parking, what more could you ask for? Unwind in a sparkling clean hot tub under the stars and relax on your own private patio. Hot tub is open year around but Patio and BBQ are not available in winter Dec-Mar due to snow. (Hot tub quiet hrs 10-8 No music in hot tub) This is a cozy, spotless, downstairs retreat (BOTTOM FLOOR OF OUR HOME) with private entrance. Next to miles of trails, 15 minutes away from Tahoe’s beaches and skiing. Curl up under a cozy down comforters and fall asleep listening to the wind in the pines.

Sierra Studio ( permit# HRP-094 )

Studio apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is attached to the main house but is separated by a wall. It includes a private, outdoor sitting area with grill. Private bedroom space separate from living area. This is a great location with a 15 min bike ride to beaches as well as several hiking trails in walking distance. Bike rental, coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance as well. There are three ski resorts with in 20 minutes of the apartment.
