1)Beautiful newer build house on 2 acres 1800sq/ft with 3 BR and 2 bath sleeps up to 8. 2)Has a large above ground pool 18' x 33' and a large fish pond and outdoor bar/BBQ and tropical landscape parking for 4 cars. 3)15mins drive from downtown Punta Gorda with lots of great restaurants little shops and bars with live music and much more, 7mins drive closest store winn-dixie. 4)10 mins drive to Punta Gorda airport. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with large oak trees on a dead end street.

The living room has a 65 " smart TV,wall mounted with a LCD Fireplace below with surround sound- All TV's have Netflix.The bar room has a small refrigerator,pool table and dart board.Outside has a private lanai with Heated pool and a propane firepit.Enjoy the sonos sound with 55" smart TV in the Master bedroom the second bedroom also has a TV. The bar room,also has sonos as well as the lanai.30 minutes from several beaches.The garage will not be available.Home located in a quiet Cul de Sac

The home is beautiful, large, and comfortable. Everyone had their own space. Furniture was comfortable. Dawn, was very responsive and we appreciated that! Only real issue was having no working fan in family room, some in the bedrooms didn’t work properly or were noisy. And unfortunately we thought the house had a hot tub, but it is not a working hot tub. Besides these things…..We thought this home was roomy and beautiful! It served the purpose for needing a home in the area. Thank you Dawn for sharing your beautiful home with us! 😊

The Port Charlotte home has a charming view of a small lake from the enclosed screen area surrounding the pool. It was a nice place to sit and read, and see various birds, including pelicans and flocks of cormorants (I believe). Two things to mention: There is an additional charge of $25 per day to heat the pool, payable directly to the owners. We understand that other owners do this as well but seems a bit strange. The suggested payment mechanisms are not available to non-US residents. The cooktop is an induction model; those not familiar with this type of appliance may wish to look it up in advance since there are no instructions for the rather obscure icons. There were some inconsistencies between the long pre-stay messages on rules and those in the on-site book.
