The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. The house was beautiful! We had such a good time there. The big open concept kitchen/dining room/living room was awesome!!!! The house was very clean when we got there. The beds was very comfortable even though I wished they would have been king size instead of queen size, but we know that when we booked. :) When we was wondering about a few things we contacted the host and they replied super fast! That was amazing. It’s a very quiet area and the views from the deck were beautiful! We pretty much stayed at the house the whole weekend we were there so I can’t really say anything about things to do in the area. We can absolutely recommend this place!

We have a son and family that live in the Lake Stevens area so we have stayed at this AIRBNB several times. Marilee has added an addition that serves as a very charming area for relaxing and visiting with family or friends, who live in the area. The day our son & daughter-in-law and grandsons came over for a visit, we planned to visit in the new addition but it was also beautiful day outside so we sat for a few minutes in the addition but then went outside to sit in the outdoor sitting area Marilee provides in her charming backyard, which has beautiful flowering plants This is a wonderful place to stay!

The garden home was amazing!! We loved being right on the river. We saw a few deer cross the river one morning and enjoyed walking the paths. The home is very enjoyable. It is clean and beautifully decorated. It matched the pictures precisely. There were 7 of us staying and it had more than enough room for all of us. The games provided were fun and the record player added delightful ambience. The kitchen was amazing and the bathrooms were clean and enjoyable. The beds were heavenly! Our host was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Jeremy and Angie’s place is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Beautiful, creative, and super cozy private space. Every little detail made the weekend feel extra special. Very well equipped. You can tell a lot of care and love went into designing the space. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
