Please note we have a cat who may come visiting but please feel free to let us know if you would prefer we kept them away.

Upgraded in Oct 24!! TV, kitchenette, indoor dining, smart lock entry, Nespresso, etc This small coastal cutie has everything you need for a cozy staycation Queen bed, & smart TV! A kitchenette with portable oven & hot top, microwave, toaster, jug, blender and full kitchen supplies. A 10L cold water jug is provided in the fridge. Private, north facing, gated patio with an outdoor couch & dining. Note: no sink in kitchenette. Street parking only

Rural retreat

Private studio with spectacular views. Hosts house on same property so readily available, self catering but meals available by arrangement. A place to relax and get away from it all, nearby Nikau Caves and Cafe, Port Waikato surf beach and Harkers Resrve for Bush Walks ,We now have aircon and wifi. We do have a couple of dogs who like to greet guests in the morning with a bark but it doesn’t go on for long and not every morning
