All good, no issues. Not exactly a palace, but it worked for us on a business trip.

Great location - yards from all the good stuff, and you can hear the St Charles streetcar from the property it’s that close! Property is amazing - clean, well-designed, bright, really great with a lovely little outdoor space to chill and enjoy the incredible garden. Hosts are amazing too - so helpful, approachable and great communicators, true superhosts! A+!

Tamarin and Steve were so kind and thoughtful with details. We enjoyed the art on display in the guest suite, and the pool was lovely. The garden and porch rocking chairs made it feel like a quiet little oasis in the middle of the busy city. Close to everything, especially Superior Seafood, our daughter’s favorite place for pomegranate mojitos and everything on the menu. We also love Bearcat for breakfast. The guest suite is filled with antiques and repurposed materials, so eclectic and fun.

We had a wonderful time staying at Neil and Nancy’s! The accommodations were beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out. Neil and Nancy truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. During our stay there was a torrential storm and Neil kindly provided umbrellas and even helped us dry our belongings. He checked in often and offering anything we might need. We were in town for a wedding at the adjacent property, which made the location incredibly convenient. The home is also within walking distance to the Garden District and a quick trip to downtown, making it easy to explore. We couldn’t have asked for kinder, more generous hosts!

Susan's place is beautiful and in a great location. Very cozy, quiet, and safe. Susan was a great host! She was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in NOLA.

We stayed here for 1.5 wks around d holidays with our 2 toddlers. We loved the walkable neighborhood, close to trolley and the park. The place itself is beautiful and includes extra amenities. Hosts are very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

Vilna was a kind, friendly, and helpful host. My friend and I felt very comfortable and her place and she was very helpful getting us things we needed like more water for the apartment. The area around her home felt safe and accessible and we happily made the 20-25 minute walk to Jazzfest every morning! If you are used to staying in affluent neighborhoods with manicured lawns, streetlights and perfectly aligned sidewalks -- this neighborhood and area may not be up your alley. But if you want to have the most authentic conversations with people on their porches, see the real New Orleans, and get a taste of the seventh ward leaving with the embrace of the NOLA people, don't miss a stay with VILNA!

Bone Maisons place was beautiful and in a really great location. we loved sitting on the upper balcony over looking bourbon street. Our only complaints were that there was what looked to be pet hair on both beds and the kitchen appliances weren't clean.

Easy to navigate the area, quiet neighborhood, cottage cozy and clean, loved the outdoor and backyard property , pool was awesome and great area for dogs. Jeff and Shari were above and beyond gracious!! Will definitely return!!

Vincent’s place was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, and the location was ideal. It’s so close to the Mandeville lakefront, and the whole area is very walkable and friendly. We brought our dog, and he loved playing in the fenced-in courtyard area and taking long walks along the lakefront. Vincent also provided excellent local recommendations! We would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Loved this house! Amy has such a great, comfortable, quiet place. The house is very clean and the beds very comfortable. Amy gave us a great recommendation for a local restaurant, of which there were several in the local area. We would definitely stay here again.

Andrea’s place was exactly what we needed for a weekend trip to NOLA. It was close enough to be quickly accessible to the French quarter, yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood to get away from the hustle! It was immaculate and clearly labeled. We couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Ewan's apartment was fun and funky and as a host he was fantastic! I can definitely recommend this listing. The most important things are the A/C works brilliantly, the fridge gets very cold, and the host is super cool. Just be aware, that the bathroom is not attached to the room you're sleeping in, you have to go outside to use the shower and bathroom. However it's a very private area, and Ewan gives you open rain of the backyard, and your privacy. Parking is not a problem as it is not residential parking only. I went through a smaller festival while there, and had absolutely no issues for parking. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. And there's a wonderful neighborhood bar, Pal's four doors down. Our second stay at Christopher’s and we love it! It’sbeautiful and comfortable and perfect for 1 or 2 people. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to park the car and walk or ride bikes everywhere!

The house was a great value. The walked to the beach was very short and the beach was uncrowded and peaceful. Sean's instructions were very helpful and the house is comfortable and clean The train didn't bother me at all!

It’s a peaceful place in the bayou. Tom was a great host. If I’m in the area again, I’d absolutely stay again. If you’re looking for a high end kitchen go elsewhere. Appliances are old but all were clean and worked perfectly. Well stocked with spices and cooking supplies. Sheets were so soft and the ac was cold. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And was so happy to let my pup get some off leash time. Thanks Tom!

Great home in a great location perfect for 2 people a lot to do and a lot of places to eat whether you are walking or driving steps from magazine street walked to a different coffee shop everyday ez parking about a 20 minute drive to the quarter

This is a nice spot near Frenchman Street and the Quarter but away from some of the frenetic energy and noise. The breakfast spot on the corner is fabulous. Ask for Jack the waiter. The pool felt so refreshing! The stairs to the loft were tricky, didn't feel too safe on them but got more comfortable by the end of our stay. The downstairs bedroom is super comfy and the kitchen was great. The host's book was also very helpful. Lots a practical advice and good recommendations. As for New Orleans--definitely check out Frenchman street and the City Park.

We stayed here for a concert and it was a nice and peaceful area away from all of the business and traffic. The place was clean and felt like home. Alicia was also so great and easy to work with, she answered all questions and made the process super easy. I would for sure recommend staying here!
