Shayne was a pleasure to deal and communicate with. It was our 2nd visit and we love the quiet neighborhood, the home’s convenient location to the Village and of course the lake view.

Jill’s Wander Wild cabin was everything we were hoping for and more. It was fully stocked, and quiet and only minutes from town. The hot tub was wonderful, the bed was comfy and we absolutely loved listening to nature on the deck and drinking coffee in the mornings. We did a puzzle, listened to some music and just enjoyed the surroundings while we fell in love with the town. We will certainly be back if she’ll have us!

My husband and 2 children loved our stay at Kirstan's cabin! The cabin was comfortable and beautifully designed. There were many fun games both inside and outside the cabin. The outdoor space was huge and fun to explore. The cabin was clean and everything waa easy to find. Kirstan was a very responsive and friendly host. We would love to stay at Kirstan's cabin again on a future visit to Big Bear!

Sarah was available on text in less than 5 mins. Everything in this home is brand new and perfect. It is beautiful. It as a great stay and perfect location. Highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect! The place had everything we needed—plenty of towels, comfy beds, and all the essentials. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

From start to finish we really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The cabin was beautiful and well maintained. We felt right at home, safe and comfortable. The location was great and walkable to the lake. The fire pit, jacuzzi and kayaks were a wonderful addition. Jack and Adam were very responsive and sweet. We would happily stay here again. Such a relaxing environment! And when we wanted to be active, hiking trails abound - our favorite was the Ernie Maxwell Scenic Trail. I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee outdoors. Many birds, especially woodpeckers, were active. Sunset over the San Bernardino Forest is marvelous! The plants along the walkway to the hot tub reveal intentionality and a desire to make the entire property unique. The gentle breeze and cool temperatures enhance the experience! This home was everything and more! Every detail was looked after. The views are beautiful. Scott was incredibly responsive to all inquiries! A perfect getaway for my mama friends and I to relax and rejuvenate in a secluded and comfy home. Thank you!

Our family loved staying in the little A Frame! Lots of homey touches & natural decor that was practical and yet beautiful. The town is walkable from the home. Very peaceful location! Host is very responsive. (People with mobility issues would have a hard time with the stairs).

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was cozy and beautiful. The views were great. Larry was also very responsive, especially when we had questions. Overall, he was a wonderful host. Will definitely keep this listing in mind for future stays!

Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The Airbnb was beautiful. Very well decorated for the space and just an overall relaxing and quiet trip. Not to much to do in the area but just enjoy the surroundings and sounds of nature. Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

My husband and I with our dog, Lulu, spent a relaxing long weekend at Sarah’s place! The large living room window was the center piece to the house, and the second story deck was such a peaceful spot to eat meals, read, and listen to the birds. Lulu also gives the deck a 5 star rating for bird and squirrel watching!

Wonderful small cabin. Wanted a one story which is hard to find in lake arrowhead. Everything was as listed. Would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! If you’re on the fence, DO IT! The lake is a 2 min walk from the house and it is gorgeous. Allie provides all the fun things you’d need to have a great day on the lake. The home is super clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed. My favorite part was sitting out on the deck with the string lights on during sunset. Beds are amazingly comfortable, and it just felt like we were right at home. Highly recommend staying here, you’ll never want to leave!

Amazing gem of an Airbnb! Please do yourself a favor if you want a beautful cabin getaway in the mountains, and choose this place. It’s only about a 30 minute drive to Big Bear, and a 12 minute drive to Sky Park. Perfect if you want a place to mountain bike in the summer or snowboarding in the winter. It did lose WiFi for about a day, but the cabin has board games that you can play with your significant other and this cabin is really just about unplugging from technology. Amazing experience, highly reccomend!

Fantastic getaway in the mountains, next to a babbling brook, with everything you could want. Just a quick trip down to the village but far enough away that it was super quiet. I'd been dreaming of an A frame with giant windows and a patio overlooking the trees and this was exactly it. That, plus the bonus of a cozy place to watch movies and hang out inside. It was my first trip to Idyllwild and I hope to come back again to stay here.

My partner and I came up here for a weekend getaway for our anniversary. I had never been to big bear before and Brad and Amber’s home absolutely made our entire visit. The house is in an amazing area, quiet and private but just 5-10 minutes from all the action. The home was clean and pristine. It has the most amazing view and great patio space. Amber and Brad were so kind and responsive- we could tell that they really cared about our stay! We will absolutely be back soon and we can’t wait to stay here again.

Loved our stay for a quiet getaway. The cabin was super clean and the views were unmatched. I will say the driveway and stairs inside the cabin were a bit scary but that was all disclosed prior so we knew what to expect. Just beware that both are quite steep. The host was quick to respond for any questions and the check in/out process was super smooth. Would highly recommend this place to stay in Big Bear.

We had a peaceful and cozy stay at this cabin in Big Bear. The space was well-stocked with the basic amenities and even a few extras, and we really appreciated the clear and thoughtful instructions provided by the host. It made everything easy and stress-free. One thing to note: the walkway up to the cabin is definitely a workout. It's a bit of a climb, so I wouldn't recommend it for small children or elderly guests, especially if you're bringing a lot of stuff. Thankfully, we packed light and managed just fine. As with any mountain retreat, you should be okay with a few critters. We found a couple of bees inside when we arrived, but Dena had some tape available to help trap them. There were also spider webs on the outdoor furniture, so be sure to check before sitting down. On our last morning, we noticed quite a few ants in the shower…but again, it's the mountains, and that kind of comes with the territory. Overall we had a great time and it’s a beautiful location!
