Full kitchen opens onto large living/dining room with wood-burning fireplace. The best location on the property is definitely the 1100 sqft deck. It is perfect for relaxing in the shade or sun, grilling dinner out, and dining under the stars all while enjoying the lake view. House is located on Possum Kingdom's peninsula. Boat ramps, restaurants and grocery store are all 5-10 minutes away. Located in a gated community, 3 cottage’s sit on 5 acres with pond, pecan trees, wildflowers, seasonal garden and abundant wildlife. The river offers fishing and water activities. There are 2 large fire pits with seating, 2 outdoor dining areas and lounge seating with fireplaces on the decks front & back. Main cottage has king bed, bathroom, living & kitchen. The 2 smaller cottages have queen beds, loft beds & bathrooms.
