Valoisa, modernisoitu kaksio keskustan tuntumassa. Rauhallinen talo. Keittiössä kaikki tarpeelliset kodinkoneet, ja kylpyhuoneessa pesukone sekä kuivausrumpu. Makuuhuoneessa parisänky, olohuoneessa vuodesohva ja vuodetuoli. Lyhyt kävelymatka ydinkeskustaan. Upeat ulkoilupolut lähellä, samoin hyvät bussiyhteydet mm. rautatieasemalle. Onnibussin pysäkki lähellä, esim. Tampereelle ja Helsinkiin pääsee kätevästi. Vastaan kyselyihin mielelläni! Asunto on ehdottomasti savuton. Lämpimästi Tervetuloa!

Tervetuloa majoittumaan meidän talossa sijaitsevaan omalla sisään käynnillä olevaan yksiöön 20m². Petipaikkoja 2-4. Asuinalue on rauhallinen ja lähellä moottoritietä. Talomme on uusi ja pihamme vielä kesken. Pihassa on parkkipaikka ja mahdollisuus sähköauton lataamiseen lisämaksusta. The apartment is 20m² and is located in our house with its own entrance. Fits 2-4 persons. Quite neighborhood and close to motorway. Our house is new. Free parking and ev-charge possibility with extra cost.

It's easy to get there and easy to get to, by bus, train, and car. Private parking next to the door. This bohemian city apartment is located right in the center of Hämeenlinna. Travel to market 200m, bus station 500m, train station 900m, Shopping Center Goodman 900m. There is parking on the side of the street on the puck 1h Mon-Fri 8-18, Sat 8-16, another time free. There is also parking space on the nearby side of the street, depending on 1-3h. Note! The sofa bed in the living room is only 100cm wide. Please take note that the living room has a sofa bed only 100cm.
