We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and has nice accomodations and games for families. The host is very responsive and helpful as well.

We had a great stay at Chris’s place! It was clean, comfortable and centrally located to downtown Chico. There was a designated parking spot, but we also appreciated the abundant street parking. The location felt safe and we would stay there again when in Chico!

The cottage was lovely. Danika was very welcoming. We will definitely be back with a big group and take advantage of all the cute cottages that Danika has. Coloma is a cute little town, some good option for breakfast/lunch and dinner and we had a great time rafting. Loved everything about it!

Great place right in heart of town. Everything is super walkable. Nice giant place. Will be back!

Natasha was an absolutely amazing host. She was very responsive to any questions I had as well ass any help I needed. If I am ever in the area again I would absolutely hope to book with them again

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer and Eric's place. We felt right at home the minute we stepped through the door. The layout of the apartment made the bedrooms very private and quiet with a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining room area. The huge deck provided a lot of outdoor space. Jennifer and Eric live on the property so we saw them periodically. They were friendly and respectful our space and time. The house is located right off of I-80, so it was quick and easy to get to Auburn and other destinations. We had a few questions during our 10 day stay and Jennifer was exceptionally quick in responding. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Excellent stay for the entire family! It was very clean, smelled nice everywhere, and had warm, festive decor. The rooms are well put together and have a beautiful artwork. The hosts and service were great and kind. It’s also very conveniently located near a few nice restaurants and shops. Definitely a great spot to check in!

I absolutely love staying in Anthony & Ava’s home. It’s beautiful, clean, and I love the layout of their apartment, it’s a quiet neighborhood, all the neighbors are very friendly and always have good recommendations for whatever you would like to do.

Michael and Mark's studio was the perfect setup for my 2-week stay. They were very responsive and helpful with several issues that came up during the 2 weeks. The location worked out for my needs, but there was more road noise than expected (mainly because I didn't know Second Street was such a busy street). I felt very safe at this location and would recommend it for easy access to the 70 and 99 highways, both of which I had to use nearly every day during my stay. Loved seeing all the animals roam around every day in the yard!

The place was clean and modern. Christina was very responsive; however, there was no barbecue.

This place is a hidden gem and the price was amazing for a place like this. The scenery was great, the privacy was amazing, the fresh air, the lake etc...it was super relaxing. My wife and I loved our time there for her birthday and we didn't want to leave 😭😭 It was the perfect getaway spot away from our busy lives with work and much more. Also Tod was an amazing host and super responsive during our stay there. I reccomend this place a lot. My wife and I will be coming back again and plenty more hehe

We enjoyed our stay here because the home was clean and organized. It felt open and spacious. The sunroom was a nice little space for relaxing. Kitchen provided all the tools we needed without being cluttered. Loved being able to walk to a grocery store too!

My daughter and I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful historic home. It was clean, quiet, well decorated, and had everything we could have needed for the stay. It was within walking distance to several restaurants. We also had an opportunity to meet our host, who was very friendly and we enjoyed getting to meet. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

What a lovely home and property! As we pulled up to the house one of the first things you see is the beautiful pool. Quite a beautiful first impression! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as represented. Very well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay at Adrienne's home in the future!

Glad we chose this home for a girls’ weekend away. It was cozy, clean, and welcoming. Robin made sure we had everything that we needed. The pool was really refreshing after spending the day sightseeing. We loved that the house overlooks the lake. We sat out on the balcony with our cups of coffee in the morning watching the sun rise and glimmer on the placid water. We were back on the balcony in the evening with glasses of wine watching the sunset as the stillness of the night crept in. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms made this a pleasant stay for three women enjoying a getaway!

The place was perfect fit for our needs, it is close to the grocery, restaurant and stores also not far from Chico State. the house was exactly as described warm and cozy bonus it was perfect weather to enjoy the backyard patio. Plenty of rooms for our family. Would definitely recommend.

Perhaps the most thoughtful Airbnb we’ve stayed in in terms of extra details from cooking implements and spices to first aid kit, extra fans and blankets, shampoo etc. Marion was very friendly and quick to respond, although her instruction booklet covered everything very concisely. Very cozy space, worked particularly well for a family of four visiting a next door ski resort

We had a great time during our stay. We felt right at home and loved the quick walk to many surrounding quality restaurants. I also enjoyed going on morning runs on the close by trails. My family was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely look to stay here again.

The host was available to answer questions, the place had comfortable beds, and was clean, making it a great accommodation! I would stay again. The only downside was the road noise if the windows are open.

We LOVED our stay. This condo was so clean and perfectly kept. Everything you need for the bathrooms, bedding, and kitchen. Highly recommend. Our family was very happy here and can’t wait to visit again.

Jackie’s place was perfect for a weekend trip at Soda Springs resort! Place was spacious and had everything needed and then some. Appreciated the great communication as well. We hope to be back again soon!

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed in the same unit (H). We are very familiar with the area, having previously owned a home just a few miles away. The unit is very convenient to Apple Hill and downtown Placerville, with a variety of stores and restaurants, minutes away. Though convenient to the freeway, unrelenting traffic noise can puta dent in the otherwise very peaceful surroundings. More so during summer months when windows or door may be open for fresh air, or relaxing on the small balcony with a glass of wine. Maybe other units (A, B, C, and D) being a little further away may be a little quieter but the covered parking with units E- H more than compensate IMO. Much nicer to get into a cool car, especially during hot summer days. The condo itself is equipped with everything you may need for kitchen use but I find the couches and seating could be more comfortable. The TV programming is via apps, which is okay but I used my iPad for up to the minute news.
