Such a perfect midpoint to our trip. Extremely easy access from I 95 and excellent accessibility to the condo.

My family came into town for a wedding. Having our adult daughters with us, the condo was a much better option for us than a hotel. We were able to all stay together and more importantly each have our own bathroom, which came in very handy for 3 women to all get ready at the same time. The room was amazing with a gorgeous view of the lake and a balcony to enjoy it from. The front desk staff were very helpful with local restaurant recommendations and other general knowledge of the area. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

The townhome is very spacious, quiet, and well equipped. Everything looked brand new. We enjoyed sitting out back with coffee in the morning, and Shelley was very helpful. As others have mentioned it's close to I-95, and in a very quiet location. There's a grocery store nearby too. This is a great place to stay!

This condo was very clean and well worth the money. We arrived at 3 a.m. and had to leave at 11a.m. We were just passing through for our grandson's graduation. It was perfect and so much better than a hotel. We had 6 people with us and it was just enough beds. We would definitely stay there again. I appreciated the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom as we forgot ours.

Very beautiful condo, it was very clean and close to everything! Starbucks is right downstairs and a Mexican restaurant! I felt very safe during my stay which is also huge for me. Highly recommend!! Cannot say enough great things about this group! Thank you!

This place was exactly as advertised and met my expectations. When I find myself traveling through Columbia again, it’ll be at the top of my list for its value and quality.

We came to visit our new soldier at Fort Jackson and stayed at Bill’s place. At first, the house rules can feel a bit overwhelming, but once you settle in, you’ll understand they are in place to keep everything running smoothly. The house is clean and well taken care of, and we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. A great place to stay if you’re visiting Fort Jackson!

From the moment I walked in, I could tell the hosts truly care about creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. The space was thoughtfully decorated with cozy touches, and everything was spotless upon arrival. The location is perfect—close to downtown Columbia, restaurants, coffee shops, and the university, yet nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and having a washer/dryer on-site was a huge bonus. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. Whether you’re in town for work, visiting family, or just exploring Columbia, this is a perfect place to stay. I highly recommend it and would absolutely book again!

Gil was an excellent host. His condo was beautiful and super spacious. It is a great, quiet area within walking distance of the fun and excitement. I suggest anyone looking in the area to take a look. Gil's house is very well decorated, and it was very inviting to stay.

I booked this place last minute ( the day of ) and when I got there everything was clean and ready. The place is super cozy it felt like home. Lots of kitchen utensils to cook which was the best. They had some extra spices and some cleaning products available. I definitely recommend

Aldo was an amazing person. His communication was great, and the location was amazing. We are from California, Las Vegas and this was the first air b n b I ever rented, and it was amazing.

Came in clutch on a USC Gameday weekend. Located on the 7th floor so very private. Parking in a gated lot also made it feel very secure. Would stay again! Thank you!

Lori was the best host ever, she was very helpful at all times and never seemed to busy to respond back in a timely manner. The stay was lovely and peaceful her place was immaculate from top to bottom, and felt very inviting and at home when I walked in. This is a beautiful, recently updated, condo in a quiet lakefront community with amenities and activities. Comfortable furnishings and bedding. Smart appliances and technology. Felt just like home.

Very convenient location. Also easily accessible but very secure.

This was our second time staying here. We wished we would have known about it earlier in our son’s time @ USC - we would have stayed for all our visits.
