Located in the Front Beach district of Isle of Palms, about one block from the beach and right in the middle of all the fun. Walk to all Front Beach restaurants and bars including Papi's Taqueria, Coda del Pesce, and the world-famous Windjammer. Guests can enjoy the condo pool and plenty of free on-site parking. We have been going to Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms for many years. What an absolutely beautiful place. We love Mariners Walk and our condo this time was perfect. The owners have created such a beautiful living space and we are so grateful we got to stay there. There were only two of us staying this time and it was just right for two. Pool, Beach, Sunrises, Wonderful people and friendly with so, so many things to do on the property.

The condition of the house and the floor layout met the needs of our family of 11 staying at this location. The items that were available for our beach stay were fabulous, including bicycles, golf cart, pool floaties, games, ping pong table, shuffleboard table, etc. The close walk to the beach was very nice. We especially enjoyed the personal interaction that we received from Christy and Nick, as opposed to an impersonal management company with no "skin in the game". We plan to return to this same location next year for our family annual beach vacation.

Our stay at The Surfbird was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Tina, the property owner, had thought of everything to make our beach vacation seamless and stress-free. There’s a detailed and helpful manual with all the relevant information you could possibly need, and even thoughtful touches like motion-sensor lights near the steps—perfect for walking safely at night. This was the first rental I’ve ever stayed in where the photos truly didn’t exaggerate. In fact, they don’t quite do the property justice—it’s even better in person. The house is spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped for a relaxing beach getaway. Tina has stocked the home with everything: beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and even a wagon to make the easy four-minute walk to the beach a breeze. And the beach? Absolutely incredible. Because it’s private, it’s never crowded—just peaceful, clean, and perfect for families. The Surfbird is perfect for beach trip!
