Quiet Mother-in-law apartment on hobby farm

The apartment is attached to the back of my residence. It is centrally located, 10 minutes from Duvall and Carnation and 30 minutes from Redmond, Woodinville, Monroe and Snoqualmie. The driveway is gravel so be prepared for a little dirt and/or dust outside. There are hiking and biking trails, as well as Tolt and Snoqualmie rivers for outdoor enthusiasts. I have started a hobby farm with goats, chickens and ducks for you to view. Therefore you can expect dirt and odors common to a farm.

Relax out in the woods! This is a one room cabin fully set up for a single guest. There is a double hot-eye burner for cooking. There is a coffee-maker and water boiler for tea. One twin bed and floor pad by request. Comes with WIFI, and usually around two to four bars of cell service depending on your carrier. There is a small hot water tank, so quick 5 minute showers. View of a nice yard and pond which sometimes has blue heron and wild ducks. The morning birds sound incredible.

K’s Cozy Inn (fabulous Studio and Deck)

Located high up on a hill on two acres with magnificent views of nature and the Valley given the different times of the year. We are about a 30 second drive to hop onto the Snoqualmie Valley Trail for a bike ride, walk thru nature or bird watching. I wanted to create a funky and beautiful space that makes you feel excited about coming back to after your adventures and doesn't break the bank so you can enjoy all that the area has to offer.
