What a gem! Amazing apartment and Abby goes above & beyond as a host with little treats and goods. Beautifully appointed with super comfy beds. Enjoyed watching beautiful sunsets from the lounge and balcony. Great location with mini supermarket located at street level, and easy flat walk to a number of restaurants, bars & yacht club. We loved our stay, thank you so much Abby and highly recommend.

a truly magnificent apartment that offers some fantastic views of The Entrance especially at sunset. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Kira was very welcoming and provided some excellent recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Simply put if you are visiting The Entrance then this is the place to stay.

The property was very clean and has a very spacious outdoor seating area. You are also provided with very clear instructions regarding check-in and departure, along with many helpful guides about the property. Jess and Jonas were very friendly and even provided complimentary early check in and late departure. I would highly recommend this listing and the hosts.

This was the perfect location for our family reunion. Plenty of space, great facilities, activities galore and the kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Playground for the kids, clean pool, grassed areas for the little ones to play, and heaps of activities in the garage area for the adults to play with!! Throw in some very friendly alpacas and you have a great venue for everyone to enjoy. Thank you!!!!

We stayed at the Arthouse for the recent Day on the Green concert at Bimbadgen winery and it was the perfect place. Walking distance to the venue and a wonderful place to get ready before hand and unwind after. Perfectly placed for exploring the Hunter region as well. Large and spacious with plenty of space for all 3 couples. Our only issue was getting the temperature right (as it was 35 degrees outside) as it took a while to cool the house. Once the place finally cooled after working out the settings for the ducted air-con, the place was very comfortable. Pre-cooling the place prior to check-in for guests when it is forecast to be a hot day may be a way around this in future. Would be very happy to stay again.

One of the most beautiful homes we have stayed with our family. Big enough space for a great trip with 14 of us sleeping very comfortably. Alex had the cot ready for our baby in the main bedroom which was a great set up so our daughter didn’t wake up from naps while the rest of the family played pool or hung out by the fireplace. Alex met us and showed us around the home at check in. The garden is so beautiful and fun to explore, although upper MacDonald didn’t have many attractions for us, the home itself has plenty to do (pool table, pool, huge lounge area, garden etc) and space to have quality family time. At sunset you can sit on the deck and look out at the creek or up at the stars at night to see the clear milky way! It was a dream home equipped with everything you need to stay in for a long weekend.

Our stay was beautiful and everything was as described. Incredibly comfortable beds with lots of peace and quiet. The added pleasure of seeing and petting the beautiful animals made it an experience not to be found elsewhere. The grounds and house is so well maintained and was perfect for a stay with extended family. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Loved our week in Newport. The pool is the hero and in fact the photos don't show the full size of it, so that was a lovely surprise. Kieren was really great and responsive. Newport is really well located. Took in palm beach, mackerel beach and cycled to west head when we could drag ourselves from the spa and pool.
