Located right in the heart of Anderson but nestled on a cul de sac surrounded by nature. In less than a mile you can walk or drive to downtown, Anderson University or Rocky River Nature Park. The yard is a slice of heaven and I hope you rest and enjoy it as much as I do. The apartment is the downstairs of my home but completely private with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor patio and parking area. Downtown Anderson has lots of good restaurants and shopping to enjoy while here.

Roomy 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Seneca, SC. Approximately 2.5 miles from Wal-Mart and 2 miles from Waffle House. 9 miles from Clemson football stadium. Excellent location with a short drive to restaurants, shopping, 3 24-hour gyms, and grocery stores. Located in a quiet subdivision with minimal traffic. This is the perfect spot, close to Seneca, but away from highly trafficked areas. Great for a working adult and quiet enough during the day for someone working third shift to sleep.

Private entrance with queen bed, bathroom (shower), kitchenette, microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, tv, recliner, gas BBQ grill, outdoor kitchen (no stove, but the grill can be used for this purpose) and dining table, dishwasher & garbage disposal. Huge covered porch with wood-burning fireplace. Secluded, yet only 10 minutes from SC I-85 (Exit 2 or 4) on the SC/GA border.

This cozy home away from home is a completely private apartment located in the Upstate South Carolina. The private 2 bedroom apartment has its own entrance separated completely from the main home. There is also covered parking available for the guests. Caesars Head and Table Rock are only 20 min away. A lovely golf course is located right around the corner, 4 min. away. Local residents within one hours drive from the property will not be considered.

Private and secure parking for a fishing boat/trailer and close to both Clemson and Anderson University. Ideal for both summer and winter enjoyment.
