This property was just as described and absolutely breathtaking. Brian was extremely responsive and very proactive with instructions as well as local area suggestions. We really enjoyed our weekend on the lake and highly recommend this property!!

Whitney (and her husband) were very responsive, helpful, understanding and accommodating after a natural disaster occurred during the night of our first stay. We were from out of town for our son’s graduation from ASMSA and they both insured the rest of our stay was still very enjoyable and we could still celebrate with our son and family! Highly recommend and we hope to get the chance to return to relax on the beautiful back porch and take in the stunning views! Thank you again for everything!

Relaxing and peaceful, Lake was wonderful,able to enjoy from deck or dock! Fenced yard is a God send when traveling with dog,she loved it too! Recliners in living room so comfortable and great movie selection from media player! Plenty of hot water and great water pressure in shower! Loved having a garage too. King bed was comfy! All around great place,no complaints.

I would live here! This home is beautiful and had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Having a bathroom for every bedroom is a dream. Watching rh sunset on the dock was beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend this house and this host, everything about the stay was fantastic.

The hosts were great! Place was clean, loved playing pool in the game room, kayaking, fishing, and enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine. Minutes away from various dining options, stores, etc. My only knock would be the closeness of the neighboring houses. So if you want more privacy outdoors you may not have it. Overall, I did love the stay and would come again.

Wonderful place. I rented this out for my parents to come and visit and have their own space. They loved it!!! They felt at home. It was peaceful and relaxing for them. Will be looking to book again.

We shared the house with 2 families and it was great! The kids loved the bunk room and everyone enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. The location was perfect…a quick drive to downtown. Stephen was an excellent host and always responsive. We had a great time and will be back!

Eric was a great host. Communicated quickly and efficiently whenever something came up. Like letting us know ahead of time the bad flooding in Arkansas had damaged the dock and offered a full refund if we chose to go somewhere else. The house was just as described and the whole family loved the hot tub, pool table, and nice porch sitting. Also very well furnished, and good central location to Hot Springs. The neighborhood coming in was a little sketchy, but the house is up and away from it so we never felt in danger or bothered. Great overall experience and would recommend.

This is a great Airbnb! We were in town for a wedding in Royal. The location was ideal for us. The house was perfect. The kitchen and dining areas were great for a quiet breakfast for the bride and bridesmaids on the way to the venue the day of the wedding. We would definitely stay here again!

A great space for a large group! My retreat guests easily fit comfortably and loved the lake access.

We stayed for our anniversary. We had such a good time and the Airbnb was nice and cosy. My 6 year old loved having her own room and we loved the little twin bed nook in our room in case she got scared. She also really loved the skylights. It was very easy to find but our GPS took us to the wrong gate. Dennis was really quick to respond and gave us a different address to get us to the correct spot. We had so much fun and can’t wait to do it again next year! Thanks so much for hosting us.

We loved our extended weekend, perfect for our family of four. We loved the private dock, and the back patio. Everything was clean and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The location is perfect! The house is close to many of the local attractions. We went crystal mining, explored downtown Hot Springs, hiked in the nearby State Park, and enjoyed the Garvan Woodland Gardens. Kevin and Erini are great hosts! They answered all our questions promptly and gave great recommendations. Perfect place for a family vacation!

Stayed for a week. The house was very clean, cozy and had all of the necessities. The location sits on top of a hill that makes it more isolated from the neighbors, thus making it a peaceful and tranquil getaway.

John’s home was absolutely perfect for my birthday getaway with friends! The home is spacious, well laid out, and so beautiful with lovely outdoor space for gathering. Beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we had a blast! Thank you for everything, John!

If you love peace and luxury this is the home for you. This house was a huge blessing to come across and I am so thankful I got to experience it. The furniture, utensils, decor, etc. was inspiring and refreshing to see. Whomever decorated this home have major talent. Whoever clean this home need a bonus or raise (if they haven’t already received one). Whoever own this masterpiece is extremely blessed!
