Dar is a really great host! He had it all set up so that the check in process was extremely easy. Dolphin Cove is really nice, there’s things to do while staying there and there’s a ton to do around the area as well. Would most definitely rebook in the future!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful location for a friend’s wedding and loved every moment of it. The Host was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions. The views of the mountains and being close to most things was great but most importantly 13 mins away from the wedding venue was a plus! The unit is a pictured and we would love to stay again when we come back!

Place is as advertised. What made this a stand-out experience was Linda's clear communication and helpfulness. Right from reservation, she was proactive with directions/instructions on how to make the best of our stay. Linda is also a gracious host. She extended the booking window for her place when we faced issues making payment, checked in with us to make sure we had all we needed, and gave us a later check-out. Very responsive and warm. Thank you Linda!

The staff were always friendly and accommodating. They gave me a warm welcome and created a pleasant atmosphere. Very good staff at this hotel!

Our time in this rental was perfect for what we needed. It was spacious with a good layout, had a great kitchen for cooking and gas BBQ grill that really made it easy. The beds were very comfortable and that is a big plus when staying away from home. We would stay again!

I cannot find the words to describe how incredibly lovely this rental was!!!! From the moment you step in, you don’t want to leave. Corner unit with incredible views, so peaceful and tranquil, it was like being on a nature retreat/getaway! Beautiful amenities and furnishings in every room. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Host left an overly generous welcome basket, some items in refrigerator, flowers and welcome card that were tremendously thoughtful. Host was very quick to respond on a couple of occasions that a question arose. I visit the area often as I have family there and, I so very much hope that this unit is available the next time I plan a trip to Southern CA.

We had a great stay at Lucia’s! She is a kind and responsive host, the place was impeccable and beautiful! It was a relaxing neighborhood and walkable to a plaza that had many shops and restaurants!

The condo is ideally situated in a secure, guard-gated community with plenty of parking, scenic walking trails, and just moments from the beach. From the fully stocked kitchen and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, to the three large screen TVs and spacious balcony with an electric grill, the home is designed for both relaxation and practicality.While the home isn’t brand new, it’s beautifully maintained, exactly as pictured, and exceptionally clean. The hosts go above and beyond -You won’t be disappointed

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to the beach was 2 min. Great amenities for the beach and great assortment of bikes. Loved the beach chairs and umbrellas. Place was very clean. Definitely would stay there again.

Great stay! Definitely recommend, stayed here alongside my family and it was more than I could ask for. We felt right at home it was so peaceful. It was a bit of an incline walk but doable. Super close to main walkway at Avalon and very private. Would book again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy's home . Strange to have no disposal. Would very much have enjoyed having more TV channels, especially FOX news.

very cute and comfy home for my husband and 2 kids. attended a music festival all weekend and was walkable the whole time. really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommended!

Beautiful place! Excellent location- my partner and I like to walk, so we took a 20 minute walk and landed in the heart of WeHo. Host was gracious and let us book last minute. Place looks like the pictures and has the most amazing rain shower. Recommend!

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

"Just Beachy" is a fantastic, absolutely clean accommodation with an exceptional location right on the beach. Everything you need is there...and more. Contact with Lorraine was always "just in time" and provided all the necessary information, and the digital guide also contains everything you need about the entire complex. Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

We very much enjoyed our stay at Marina's place and found the facilities were as described or exceeded expectations. The kitchen, bathroom and living area were comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi area was first class and easy to access whilst the balcony area benefitted from sunshine in late afternoon and early evening. Whilst the apartment is not in central San Clemente, access to main shops and beach were only ten minutes by car or taxi. During our stay of four weeks, there were a couple of minor issues which were quickly resolved by Holly who also provided us with some good local knowledge. Would certainly return in the future.

Everything was 10 out of 10 I will for sure be back in the future
