Townhome holiday rentals in Lake Erie

We loved the place and location. It would be a great place to stay for a family beach vacation!

When visiting Holiday Valley for some skiing this ski-in, ski-out accommodation is absolutely perfect! Our group has been staying here for a view years and the place never disappoints. The kitchen is well stocked and the living space is very comfortable. Looking forward to our next opportunity to stay here.

I had a great experience staying here for 3 weeks, and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Billy was a very responsive host both prior to, and after our arrival. The instructions we received for getting into the home were very clear. The accommodations were great for our group. We were in town to visit Niagara Falls, and the location was within a reasonable driving distance. The home was clean and had enough room for everyone. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. There was a full size fridge and freezer, which was great. Thankfully, we knew ahead of time that there were not any large pots or pans to cook a big meal for our group, so we could plan accordingly. There was some minor damage to walls & other areas, but Billy says that someone has already been called to make repairs. The only addition that would’ve been nice was if there had been some coffee and coffee filters available to go along with the coffee maker. Amble soap and shampoo were provided in the bathrooms, and we had enough bedding. The TV was also easy to use.

Great space for 4 couples as we don't want to share bedrooms at our age Golf cart rentals on site are great! Pool was still open so that was a plus and we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the island. Great experience. I know it is the end of the season but it could have been a bit cleaner on the desk and living room just spiders and shad flies. we live on the south side of Lake Erie also from Canada so we are used to it but expected it to be cleaned up and it was not, however it did not affect our trip had a great 60th birthday celebrations. thanks again,

Wonderful space! Very quiet, and super clean. A birthday week to cycle, drink espresso, and eat fish tacos.......it was perfect. The pool was lovely and the location is outstanding. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately. I would definitely book again!

Scott and Sylvia are awesome hosts. They are friendly and warm, and are very responsible and caring. The house resides in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The lower level is all accessible for guests, with a fully equipped kitchen as well. The pictures posted are accurate description of the house. I will definitely stay here again if visiting in the future, and I recommend this place to all visitors who are coming to Smithville.

This place is clean and decorated nicely. The floors are squeaky which takes some getting used to. The host was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early. Overall I would book again.

Tim and Kristyn were both amazing hosts. The apartment was perfectly appointed and exactly as advertised. It was so clean and well maintained. Every detail was thought of down to a make up mirror and wash cloth. My husband and I had a wonderful time. We had no issues reaching the hosts if we had any questions arise during our stay. Hoping to stay here again for our future visits to Cleveland. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful weekend at Ray’s place. We enjoyed the decorating flair which featured carefully chosen period pieces and a great sense of humor and whimsy. Lots of games were available and the well stocked kitchen also included a few staples to get us started. Wonderful too that this is a pet friendly home! Thank you Ray and Anthony!

The place is as pretty in person as it is in the photos and the view of the lake is gorgeous. This was my first time using airbnb and I came out feeling very comfortable. The hosts are responsive, helpful, and very kind. I'm so glad I had this experience and I won't be forgetting it anytime soon.

Great location, clean and tidy unit and close to the water for our boys to fish. Well stocked kitchen, had everything we needed. Great suggestions for dining and groceries. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and cozy house, we loved it. Except for the house is located on the main street, i would suggest owner to add some blackout curtains to block the lights and noise from the street.

I recommend the townhouse. It’s well furnished and comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice, near parks and restaurants, but still very quiet at night. I would stay there again.

Will come back. Captain Bob was always available for help if needed.

Great location walking distance to downtown Fenton where there’s a bunch of great restaurants. Easy check-in and check out and very responsive host.

I booked a hotel highly rated on multiple sites. When we checked in, it was disgusting. Everything was booked, so I turned to Airbnb and found Andra's place. It was what we needed and available. Andra was quick to reply, but the unit was actually NOT available. She said it would be ready the next day. Andra messaged the next morning letting me know it was ready, but expecting a 4pm check in, we had driven to my parents place the night before (an hour+ away). I also had to work, so we ended up not being able to check in until late in the day. When we got to the unit, it was great. The place was as-pictured and everything was clean. Many times I see highly rated places that are clean but have a "lived in" smell and the dishes are aligned just so, yet have finger/ lip prints on them. None of that here. I loved the room with a desk and large monitor for guest use. Made work so easy. Andra also accommodated late check out, which I also appreciated very much! Thank you, Andra!

Townhouse was VERY clean!! Location was great, it was quiet and we felt very safe. Many restaurant choices nearby. Ken was very quick to respond to questions. Good value for the price. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area! We liked having parking for 2 cars. Glassware/silver ware could have been a bit more well stocked but there were only 4 of us so we made do, we cooked in a lot. Beds are VERY firm.

Michelle’s place was the perfect spot to explore nearby Cuyahoga. It was close to restaurants, coffee, and grocery stores. Everything was clean and as described. If we are passing through the area again we’d definitely stay here again!
