Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Erie Beach

We absolutely loved Dorothy’s home! Instantly felt at ease in this well appointed and centrally located 2 bed, 1 bath home. Comfortable and convenient, my husband and I remarked several times how much we loved the place. Dorothy & team were very responsive and very accommodating . Overall a fantastic experience, we will be back!

Easy check in. Very convenient location for us. Plenty of space for 3 people, could easily have more if needed. Didn't really get to use the backyard but it's a nice space right on the water.

Joseph’s place felt just like home. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Angola. We were able to visit nearby attractions such as Niagara Falls and the Buffalo Bills game. We would definitely book our stay again at Joseph’s! 😊

My family enjoyed our stay at Jeremy's place! The listing well informs that there is a operating train track right next door - we weren't bothered by the noise and the kids enjoyed watching the multiple trains go by! Jeremy thoughtfully provided a fan in each bedroom (which helps with the train noise btw!) and he had the house nicely situated and very clean. The house is near the road but there wasn't much traffic and we felt like we had enough privacy. The yard is very nice; Jeremy definitely keeps it kept up. Angola was a nice, small town. We visited a local restaurant and the beach on lake Erie. It was beautiful!

Have stayed with Theresa several times. Apartment(s) were perfect for a family visit to WNY so we all could visit the local attractions and catch up with family. Plans to stay at Theresa's place again in the near future.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and quite roomy. Comfortable bed. Plenty of nice bath towels. A little rustic, overall, as suggested by the host's description of a beach vibe. A nice & quiet neighborhood with excellent access to anything you might need (and avoid the worst of Buffalo traffic). I spent a week there with daily commutes to the Outer Harbor to work on my boat - the location was perfect for that! Note that if you are tall, the shower is a little challenging (but doable). If you have mobility issues, you should check with the host about navigating the stairs up to the apartment - they're kind of steep with shallow-ish treads, and no real landing at the apartment door, but good handrails.

Jean was very friendly, courteous, accommodating, and professional. The unit was clean, comfortable, and cozy. It was very private and relaxing. Our group included my wife, my son (16 yo), and me. An unexpected benefit was the super fast (~300 Mb) and stable Wi-Fi which worked well with our numerous laptops, phones, Xbox, and streaming device. We wanted to be centrally located in the Village of Hamburg which it certainly was. Easy and short walks to shopping, parks, and dining. The price was very reasonable and overall the experience was positive and a great value. We will be recommending this rental to a friend that will be visiting Hamburg in the next couple of months and will personally book again when we come back next year.

The house is in a nice family neighborhood across the street from a school. My wife has a bad knee so I would say the stairs to the second floor and stepping into a bathtub for a shower may not be for everyone. Other than that we had a pleasant stay and would recommend Julia as a host.

Had a great stay at Matt’s place! So close and walking distance to everything on elmwood and the perfect location to get anywhere in north or south Buffalo in a quick drive. The house was perfect for our needs and everything was very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

I was having a road trip with my parents to the Niagara Falls and stayed two days at Joanne's house. It was definitely a well-decorated vintage. My parents enjoyed looking through all these board games and old books on the shelf. Everything was wonderful.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. Close enough to town to walk to everything.

My wife and I stayed at The Eugene for a couple nights on our trip to Niagara Falls. This is a great little spot just outside of town. Close enough to be a 5 minute drive from the falls, but far enough to where you weren’t in the craziness of the downtown area.

Great location and stay

We had such a great stay! The place was so cute and centrally located to access the resort at Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville. We loved the fireplace and comfortable living room area - perfect spot to hang out in the evening! And the king bed was SO comfortable! We hope to be back again later this summer and during ski season!

I enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. There’s a private parking lot in the back for guests which was very nice so I didn’t have to park in the street. I would stay here again!

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.
