Cabin holiday rentals in Lake Elsinore

Jill’s Wander Wild cabin was everything we were hoping for and more. It was fully stocked, and quiet and only minutes from town. The hot tub was wonderful, the bed was comfy and we absolutely loved listening to nature on the deck and drinking coffee in the mornings. We did a puzzle, listened to some music and just enjoyed the surroundings while we fell in love with the town. We will certainly be back if she’ll have us!

My wife and I wanted a quick get-away where we can soak in a tub and indulge while taking in some peaceful scenery, and this was exactly what we were looking for. Check in was quick and easy and just as the instructions described. Getting into the unit was easy as well and the double sliding doors was absolutely amazing to have for the view. Pots, pans and mostly everything you’d need to run a kitchen is available. Macayla and Jon provided local coffee and wine along with a list of local restaurants, great surprise that we weren’t expecting but follows the theme of the unit as well. Great attention to detail and has everything you need. Perfect stay for us with nothing but positive things to say. My wife and I discussed it and we’ll absolutely be back. 10/10

My husband and I just spent a fantastic Father's Day weekend at Lauren's house. The home is charming, decorated with comfort in mind and has all the extra details that really make a vacation home special. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, including welcome treats, and while we didn't have little ones, there's plenty for them to do, such as games, painting, and books. For adults, there are other games, a hot tub and a great little downtown area with shops and restaurants not far away. It was so peaceful and the weather was great while we were there. Our dogs loved the fenced-in area and wandering on a leash on the unfenced part of the grounds. Lauren, the host, was very responsive and flexible with checkout. I highly recommend and hope to return!

Tim’s cabin was absolutely fantastic! The location was excellent, the interior and exterior were beautiful, and the amenities were great. We loved the high ceilings, large windows, and how airy it felt inside. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and very clean. The bedrooms were great; and the king bed was very comfortable. We were surprised that there was an AC unit in the master bedroom, which made sleeping very comfortable. The hot tub was very nice and we loved the outdoor scenery. We would love to come back and again! 5/5 ⭐️

Overall 10/10 stay! Beautiful property! So many amenities! There was a power outage in Big bear when we were there and Jon was able to bring over lights, in less than 5 minutes! Great response time and great host! Can’t say enough great things about how responsive and accommodating Jon was! Beautiful home and beautiful town we’ll be back soon!

What a beautiful home nestled in the trees of Pine Cove Idyllwild. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. All amenities were as described. The home was cozy and it was a great place to rest and rejuvenate. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day of hiking.

Such a relaxing environment! And when we wanted to be active, hiking trails abound - our favorite was the Ernie Maxwell Scenic Trail. I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee outdoors. Many birds, especially woodpeckers, were active. Sunset over the San Bernardino Forest is marvelous! The plants along the walkway to the hot tub reveal intentionality and a desire to make the entire property unique. The gentle breeze and cool temperatures enhance the experience! We had a wonderful stay at this very cute, charming, and peaceful cabin nestled in the heart of Idyllwild. The location was perfect — just a short walk to town, yet it still felt tucked away and off the grid, offering plenty of peace and quiet. The cabin was cozy and thoughtfully decorated, with all the comforts we needed for a relaxing mountain getaway. We especially loved how close it was to some of the best hiking trails in the area, making it easy to explore the outdoors without much driving. Whether you're looking to unwind or adventure, this cabin strikes the perfect balance. We would absolutely book again!

such a cute place, close to everything. Natalie goes the extra mile with a welcoming package. Clean and comfortable for 2 families. The upstairs can get a bit hot in the afternoon, plan accordingly.

We loved the place. A lot of Airbnb places in the area have a modern look that is very stock (how many highland cow pictures can you see??) but the place is beautifully and uniquely decorated with little touches everywhere. It was a really welcoming space, everything fine tuned for the best possible experience. The hosts were super kind and helpful at a moment’s notice (not that we needed much of anything). I can’t recommend it enough. Wonderful stay, great rest, awesome streaming selections, great kitchen supplies….. just perfect!

The place is extremely beautiful and clean. The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer. Since I visited the place during summer the cabin was a little hot during the day but at night it was nice and cool.

We found it so easy to be at home here! The cabin is so well designed and decorated you can’t help but want to stay longer! Absolutely worth the listing cost!

This is our 3rd or 4th time here- we just love this Airbnb, truly our favorite! Our doodles have such a big enclosed yard to play- with trees and lots of wildlife all around us. And the prefect view of the Tahquitz rock too! I don’t even look for other Airbnbs anymore in Idyllwild- I just message Ariya and book☺️. The home is always clean with everything we need for cooking and relaxing. I always appreciate the assorted teas from their store as well. This time, we made sure we took advantage of the hot tub after a hike and a run. The bathrobes are always appreciated and even helpful when it got a little chilly at night. Ernie Maxwell trail is just over a mile from the house and my big dog and I hiked/ran there twice- such a beautiful place to take your dog(s). Ariya and Marc are such perfect hosts- always communicating and ensuring we are enjoying our stay. I also appreciated it when Ariya messaged me that I could check in early. Thanks again Ariya! We will be back for Thanksgiving wee

Went up for the week on vacation. One of the most relaxing week ever. Every morning drinking coffee on the porch, watching the birds, was definitely my favorite part. The area is peaceful, the cabin is perfect for two people, the stairs going to the bedroom was a fun touch. Overall had an amazing time, will be back!

We had a great stay! Very kid/family friendly. Had the same toys our toddler had at home to make him feel at ease. The sound machine was such a nice touch and kids plates. My husband and I got to enjoy the patio at night. The neighbors were very friendly walking by, super peaceful. We will definitely be booking another trip, it’s super close to all sort of activities/restaurants/stores. Veryyyy clean!!!!!! The beds were comfy. Thank you for having us!

Great host, Vu made sure to always communicate clearly and in a timely manner and made us feel welcome at this beautiful lakeside home. Great quiet neighborhood with amazing views of the lake. I highly recommend booking with them!

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and the view is outstanding. We felt at home and at peace the moment we entered. Everything was described accurately, and it is stunningly decorated. There was a little confusion about the thermostat initially, but it was our fault not noticing that AC is not included, and it was pretty hot inside when we checked in. We contacted the host who helped clear it up fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again.

We stayed at The Mountain House over a weekend, and it was amazing. Beautiful views from the house and the whole farm is so serene and peaceful. My daughter loved the animals (especially the goats) and if she had it her way, she would stay there full time. The chickens gave us lots of fresh eggs everyday. Also, I highly recommend taking one of the cooking classes that is offered as it really adds to the experience. We took the cheese making one and came home not just with knowledge of how to make delicious cheese, but also lots of cheese for us to enjoy.

everything you need. the neighborhood is quiet, so perfect for a escape from the city. close to grocery and other restaurants. cabin does get extremely hot but AC in the isolated rooms help. solid stay for two couples but anything more than that would cramped. would book again!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy spot! My girlfriend and I spent two beautiful days here and absolutely loved it. The place had a great vibe we especially enjoyed the vinyl player with its awesome collection and the huge selection of board games. It made our evenings super fun and relaxing. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway in Big Bear!!

Janice was so helpful sharing about the house and the area. Very kind to us! We felt so comfortable and never left the beautiful house . The house has a fantastic view. Loved every minute of staying there
