Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. This home was perfect for us! We were in the area for an extended weekend for a baseball tournament. Our first rental through Vrbo was awful and we had to look for a new rental last minute. Kim got right back to me and allowed us to check in early! It turned our whole stay around. The home was clean and has great character. The outdoor areas - front porch and a barn with a fire pit/patio- were all in excellent condition. The home is close to everywhere but you still feel like you’re in the country. A great gem of a find!

We had a great time staying here with our dog! The location made it easy to get to both Bentonville and Fayetteville. The house was roomy for two people and beautifully decorated. Amanda gave clear instructions and was responsive. We’d stay here again if we come back to the area!

Charming Ozark Retreat - Private entrance and bath

It was so tranquil with lush greenery, beautiful flower gardens, and amazing birdsong throughout the day and night. If it hadn't been raining, I would have done some outdoor sketching. But, the rain was lovely too. When I needed the air conditioning up a little, her response was courteous and immediate. It was comfortable and private. Her cat was sweet, and sat quietly at the door to ensure i was enjoying my stay.
