Beautiful and eclectic home. It was perfect for our group of girls visiting from all over the U.S to attend our HS Reunion. Plenty of lovely spaces to gather or a private, quiet nook to read or rest. The pool was wonderful. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was large enough and well stocked to prepare meals. Andy was very responsive with any issues or questions. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Sandy’s home was absolutely incredible. We were in town for my niece’s Navy Boot Camp graduation (June 11–14), and the entire experience blew us away. The property was immaculate — extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. Sandy and her family went above and beyond, even leaving a thoughtful gift and handwritten note for the graduate that brought us to tears. Every room in the house was welcoming, comfortable, and clearly prepared with care. From the moment I reached out, Sandy was kind, helpful, and super responsive to every question I had. I don’t normally write reviews, but this stay was so memorable, I had to make sure others know just how special it was. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate. You will be cared for, the space is perfect, and the hospitality is unmatched. Huge thank you to Sandy and her beautiful family!

We had an absolutely epic long weekend on the lake because this property has it all! The house is in an amazing location with access the lakes so we chartered a boat for a day. The property has great character and thoughtfulness everywhere you look inside and out. The spaces and room sizes were perfect for our large group of five couples and three little ones. It is massive and allowed for our group to have some much needed quiet time away from the kiddos as well as provided multiple spaces for us to hang and dine as a full group. We had a blast cooking snd grilling as a group, awesome setup if you love to cook. The pool is heated which was clutch as we had some cool mornings and nights. Additionally our hosts were great in answering questions before we arrived and even serviced the pool the morning of our check in. They also shipped an iPad we accidentally left behind. We were all so impressed by the experience and look forward to coming back before the summer is up, thank you again!!

Had a great stay here for my wife’s 50th birthday party. Everyone had a ton of fun. The fully stocked kitchen, really is fully stocked! Didn’t need anything including coffee, sweetener and creamer!! The pool is fabulous! One thing I recommend though is that if you do not own a pool and not familiar with using a power retractable cover, have the host do this for you. While we successfully did it, it wasn’t easy and took some time with. If we stay here again, we will definitely take them up on their offer to do this!! Minor things to keep in mind: If you plan on more than 5 people around the fire, bring bag chairs. There are metal folding chairs, but not great for dirt. If you want to play cornhole (bags), bring your own boards as the ones supplied are shot. Bring your portable speaker! It was really nice to have music outside and in the pool area! I brought a JBL Flip and it was plenty!

This house was everything I needed for my gender reveal the host is a nice friendly guy the house has a game room that was the most exciting part about the whole weekend the kitchen is so beautiful all bathrooms is updated and the beds are so comfortable the neighborhood is so clean and peaceful thank you we really enjoyed our stay we coming back soon !!!!!

Mark and Doria went over and beyond for my family and I. we came for the Navy graduation for my son and wanted a home like environment for him to rest in while on liberty. They provided this and so much more. Champagne for the family(Mason couldn't drink), smores, kayaks...and the regular basics any home could need. They made our experience the best I have every had with an airbnb. Definitely will recommend to others coming for graduation as well!!

Such a gem! Host was amazing! Friendly and accommodating! Many extras were thought of and appreciated! Everything was labeled and made life easy! Extras like fans, blankets, coffee, water bottles, iron, blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner and even bubble bath! A closet full of fun appliances in the kitchen including a waffle maker and hot dog grilled/roller! We loved the basement with bathroom and video games!! There was even a PlayStation upstairs! We roasted marshmallows and made smores outside in the fire pit! Highly recommend! This was the perfect spot to stay and relax with our brand new sailor! He had extended leave after bootcamp since he is attending A school in the area and this was the perfect retreat. Only 20 mins from base. Guillermo even bought us dinner one evening as a thank you for his service! 🇺🇸 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

We were in town for our sons’ Navy Boot Camp Graduation and our other Airbnb did not work out. Kevin was a lifesaver! He even let us check in early, which really helped us out. The place was clean, spacious, lots of hang out space with cozy couches and comfortable beds. It had everything we needed and Kevin was very responsive and friendly! It was only 15 minutes from the Navy Base, so great location for us. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Kevin!

I love the place. it was great ti find coffee! I like sugar so I bought some and left it for the next guess. The place is super quite, clean, loved it. sure would be even more beautiful during summer. the fure place it's beautiful 😍 I enjoyed watching the deer, birds and swans and ducks. love it. ❤️

My family and I stayed at Karen’s place for my sister’s Navy graduation, and it was perfect. As a host myself, I was genuinely impressed by the cleanliness and quality of the home. It had everything we needed—and more. We instantly felt at home, even comfortable enough to go barefoot in the backyard. Highly recommend!

We wanted a quiet peaceful place away from the hassle for our grandson who graduated from Navy RTC. It was PERFECT, close to great food and peaceful at the lake. Highly recommend this place and Karen is an awesome host. The house is much bigger than appears and incredible.

We really enjoyed our stay! This place is very close to where family lives and it made it so enjoyable to come into town to visit. Previously we had stayed in a hotel when visiting, but this experience was so much better and more comfortable and just a much, much better experience overall. The place is a great location for a family and we really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen! We made breakfast every morning. The close proximity to Main St. was fantastic and we walked over there several times. Lots of great local food options and cute shops very close. We will absolutely want to reserve again in the future!

This has been our absolute favorite place to stay in this area. Lori’s home is walkable to all the downtown libertyville restaurants. We had so much fun walking as a family to all the local spots, coffee shops and playgrounds included. Lori’s home is super cute and very comfortable. The master bedroom is a great size and nice having the laundry room on the top floor by the bedrooms. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. I can’t express enough what a wonderful stay we had.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I knew I was gonna make it a point to do a good review for this one, this was the best airbnb that I have ever been to, they had a ton of cooking utensils. The place was so thought of and put together. They had a great set of outdoor toys for the kids to play with. It was quiet. It was beautiful and it was very clean. I did not find one negative thing that stood out.! I definitely will be booking this place again when we visit.

Cheri was very responsive and accommodated us at the last minute when we had a change in our plans. Our family felt right at home at her very cozy place. Her kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The shower has great pressure and gets plenty hot. Overall it is a great place to stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at The Coffee Shop. Peter was such a wonderful host, letting us check out an hour later than planned! We’re making it one of our spots!

We enjoyed our stay while in town for a graduation. It was a great location to relax. the backyard is beautiful.

We came to stay for our son's Navy Boot Camp graduation. I didn't expect it, but they had some cute graduation decor and everything that was super thoughtful. The house was super clean, with lots of amenities and even a pack n play that we were able to use for our grandson. We used the outdoor grill to make burgers and catch up with our Sailor, it was a great comfortable home with plenty of space for our 8 adults and one 3 month old. I had looked at reserving at the Navy lodge, and this was similar pricing for 3 rooms that would have required, but with much higher quality and amenities. Getting to the home, and getting inside were very easy with the provided instructions and there home was in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend for other boot camp grads families and/or anyone visiting the local area. Thanks again for the comfy, clean, and safe stay! We made many great memories there.

Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the overall vibe was relaxing and welcoming.
