Great stay, would stay again

10/10 would stay here again. like in the listing the place is small-ish but it's definitely not too small. The resort community is super cute and the pool and laundry area was nice. my family felt right at home. Michelle was an amazing host, she went above and beyond and was always super responsive whenever we had to reach out. I'm hoping to stay here again next year! thank you Michelle for the amazing vacation!

Extremely cute and comfortable stay. Would love to stay here again in the future. My girlfriend and dog really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the property and water. Only complaint is that the well water was smelly, which the owner warns about.

We had a great stay here while attending a wedding at the Howey Mansion. The place was very inviting, comfortable, and well stocked. Really appreciated the extra towels, efficient air conditioning, and the entire apartment. While it is on the third floor, the walk up was not hard, the steps have very good handrails. Excellent location if you need to stay in the area with great views from both bedrooms. Highly recommended!

Such a great place to stay for the parks! There were great restaurants around and it was so nice to come back and relax at the end of a long day!

We really enjoyed our stay at Minia’s place. My husband and I traveled with our 4 children ages 4-12 and they all enjoyed the resort. There was plenty of space. Both Minia snd the resort staff were very responsive making sure we had what we needed. We ended up adding on the weekly pass for the kids waterpark because after viewing the pictures, this was what the kids were most interested in! It was $18/person per day with the resort app which had another deals as well. Of course Orlando is very busy, but it was a great central location for evening dinner options. Also, we loved the location of Minia’s condo. It was on the south end which was away from the hassle of the front desk, but a quick walk to 1 of many great pools and very close to waterpark and mini golf! We would stay here again. Thank you!

Great stay, as described. Everything was labeled and easy to find which was helpful. Extremely relaxing and peaceful ❣️ I loved the pool area and listening to the waterfall sound while doing yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ in AM. Great backyard. Overall nice place for the solo traveler and/or families. It’s a spacious home, I loved having it to myself. The peace and tranquility of it was just what I needed. It was a great balance while working remotely and spending my last week in my home area of central Florida before returning North. Laura was an excellent host, always responsive. Helped recommend walking trails/areas nearby and it was nice just chatting about how I4 changed since I moved. Personable and friendly. I loved my stay at their home. If you’re looking for a great space where either you and/or your family can enjoy themselves throughout your stay either by fun or relaxation , this is the spot ❣️❣️🩷🦋💕

Travis’s place was great, our dogs felt right at home, safe & fenced yard. Travis was very thoughtful he left fresh bow of water. The home is clean, organized, & well stocked. Perfect spot near restaurants & shops. Close to wedding venue Lake Mary Event Center no more than 13 minutes. First Watch 7 min a–l utes away. The kitchen, living room, pool are cc just great. The beds are very comfortable. We swam, sunbathed, and relaxed. We definitely recommend this pace for future families. Travis is a wonderful host, thank you.

Christy is an amazing host that was very friendly and accommodating. I loved that I didn’t have a massive list of things to do on check out, just lock up and go on my way. The home was beautiful and spacious, located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It served my family so well for the wedding we were in town for, not to mention the bed was SO comfortable. What a beautiful home! Nardia is an amazing host! Her home was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. The photos are very accurate. The little ones loved the playroom and the games kept them occupied. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. I can’t say enough about our stay. I know we will definitely be back.

Braxton’s place is excellent! I very much recommend staying here to anyone looking! I look forward to staying here again, as soon as I’m able to! The location is unreal - it’s basically on Disney property. If you are too tired to go out at night, you could even see some fireworks and Epcot off in the distance! Check-in was a breeze - and that included us checking in around 1 am due to flight issues! The front desk is there to help, as is Braxton on standby when you need assistance! Check out was just as easy as check in! There are so many things to do at this property! If we had more time, we would’ve went in one of the lazy rivers around the property. It was a nice area to walk around - we had 4 people stay and there was room for even more! The balcony was amazing! So much room for activities! Two of the people we were staying with used the gym everyday and they absolutely loved it! We could’ve played mini golf, or table tennis! The big tub is amazing after a long day

I had just stayed at this amazing bnb!! I would like to say it was very clean, very modern, it fulfilled my expectations I had while I had my birthday in Florida. Elese had gone above and beyond…not only make it homie but a place you’d wannabe and stay. Elese is an amazing host even when your there she’s just a text away. If your looking at the place this is it!!

This place was the perfect place to stay when attending a conference!! I loved how close I was to the conference, but had a way for down time away from it. Many food places were close by. The Walgreens across the street was very helpful as well as a dollar tree!! The view of Disney Springs and Epcot by the elevator was great!! I enjoyed having a fridge to keep my bottled water cold and I got ice cream as well! Great place to stay!!

We have stayed at Orange Lake multiple times and have always enjoyed it. This was nothing different. Vacation was very easy to deal with and would recommend booking anytime with them.

My family loved this place. The check was easy. This was in a great location not to far from restaurants and other theme parks. My kids had a blast in the lazy pool. My overall experience was great. If I was to visit this area again I would definitely book through Andres again.

Visited Orlando for the first time and staying here made it all worth it. Close to surrounding activities and restaurants. Felt at home during my stay. Heavenly Homes made my stay comfortable and convenient. Nice pool at the top of the building with a great view. can’t beat that!

Vista Cay is a great setup. You can walk to the nearby Publix to get everything you need + are close to all the attractions. The pool is as advertised and doesn't feel overcrowded, even during peak season. Really great value overall.

Extremely nice resort, excellent location, cozy room, clean and nice decorated! Ingrid always answered us quickly and helped us with what was needed!
