The perch is situated atop a hill looking out on beautiful Lake Rosa. We swim, fish and boat regularly because Rosa is a clear sand bottom lake! I have to say Lynn place was amazingly beautiful place felt like an all inclusive vacation destination. The pictures cannot describe the beauty of the jaw dropping sweet quiet home. Lynn was very responsive with any questions or concerns we may have had. With the beauty of this home you’re able to look off deck and see your friendly neighborhood turtle saying hello every morning. With easy access to our boat to so many great restaurants we are looking forward to many more stays. This home had more than expected! I would recommend anyone who may be looking for a quiet nice getaway this is it!

5 stars We absolutely loved our stay in this rustic, peaceful retreat. Holly was a wonderful host—welcoming, responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The cabin is nestled in a quiet community with plenty of space to relax and unwind. It was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a romantic getaway. We especially enjoyed fishing right on the property, and the overall serenity made it easy to disconnect and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet escape surrounded by nature.

We fish tournaments and frequently stay in BNB’s. This was hands down the best one yet. The host contacted me once we arrived and walked me through everything on the phone so we knew where everything was. We had an issue with no hot water, I contacted her and she had it fixed before we returned to the house the next day. She was very flexible on the check in/out procedure which made things easy for us. The house was great and we had a cover to back the boat under so it stay dry without having to put cover on it. We will definitely use the place again. Highly recommend for anyone in the area.

stayed at the cabin for memorial day weekend and had the best experience! if you are looking for a clamping experience this will give you that. We were looking for a safe place to stay with lots of outdoor activities to do near by (this was perfect). with multiple springs and nature paths nearby we had an incredible experience. The dock and fire pit were nice for nights and the kitchen is perfect for what you would need! had an amazing time the most memorable weekend and will definitely be back !

We had the BEST time at this adorable cabin in the middle of the forest! The space was just as described, the area was very secluded and quiet. Our dogs loved being able to roam freely in the fully fenced space. The service is very spotty but there are spots around the property I was able to get a bar or two which was helpful. So many cool amenities to explore nearby and it was nice to come "home" to a cool air conditioned home. The bathroom gets hot so we would keep the door open when in use which helps. Hope was very responsive and helpful with my questions I had before booking. Would absolutely come and stay again. Also, the front porch is an awesome spot to sit and watch the storms ☺️
