Apartment holiday rentals in Lake City

This property was exactly what I had hoped to find, and met all of my expectations. There is a bit more walking involved than other Airbnb's, but that was not an issue for me. If someone had mobility limitations, they would want to know that. For me, it was perfect, and Goudy was the best host! Thank you!

This was our first time using an Airbnb and I don’t think it could have been a more pleasant experience, all the way from initial communication and booking , any questions that we had, the provided amenities, the place itself to checking out. I think it’s safe to say that a pretty high standard has been set for us and we would definitely book again, we couldn’t be happier.

Deborah was a phenomenal host! The Honey Hut was private, safe and located in quiet and beautiful neighborhood in Sumter.

We absolutely loved staying here ! It was close enough to the beach but also out of the crowd of everyone else . It was so beautiful inside and we couldn’t asked for an easier stay ! It was our anniversary and we got engaged and with the ease of checking in and out , it just made our anniversary so much better . She communicated so well with any questions I had . Definitely would stay here again

This location and unit are phenomenal. Grounds are well kept and the pool and other amenities are great. Pro tip (which we didn't explore until the end of our trip) - explore the strip in Surfside beach/Murrels area. We went up to Myrtle area for kids nostalgia, but that area has tons of cool restaurants and things to do. The fish market there (Harrelsons) was great. Apartment is a great setup and well appointed. Not enough good things to say about this place. Even met and talked to some people from close to where we live, who just bought a unit there. Golf was scorched earth hot, but a nice course and clubhouse.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! The place was clean. The location was perfect. We came for a wedding which was just a 1 minute walk away. The rental had so much charm and character. Will definitely book again in the future.

This was our second stay, and we love the space. It is very peaceful and a comfortable space. We feel right at home. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

Such a cute apartment in a fantastic location! Everything you could want is right at your doorstep. And, the ice cream shop below is a perfect treat! Would, without a doubt, stay here again.

Lisa was a great host and was quick to respond to questions. Her place was close to the Marsh Walk and the bike path was a great place to walk the dogs. We would stay again!

Instructions were precise and description was on point. The only thing we had a hiccup with was getting into the door. Apparently it wasn't set for us to get into the apartment just yet. But it only took one phone call and was in the apartment within a minute. She was very prompt in responding. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The owner even came out to the pool and spoke to us for about 15 minutes. We had a really good stay. Would recommend this location to anyone! It was a great stay.

We felt so at home. We visited for sons baseball camp and couldn’t be more pleased. Plenty of room n space for everyone. Multiple restaurants within walking distance that were great and surrounding area provided plenty of entertainment. We can’t wait to visit again.

We love staying at True Blue Gof Resort, and going to Huntington Beach State Park. This place was very clean, good sheets on the beds and nice towels. We liked that the place was NO SMOKIMG & NO PETS as some of us have sllergies and asthma! The place has good utensils, dishes, and pots! We ate breakfast at he condo, but otherwise ate out for lunch & dinner. The kids loved going to the pool, so the swim bands came in handy! Our checkin was great and we left the place as clean as we the ound it. The host were great. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Great place overlooking the lazy river. Resort is relatively quiet and in a great location. Condo was recently renovated and care for the visitor was clearly considered in that process, with a plethora of towels, ample kitchen space and more. Would have preferred one king over two queens, but that’s just bc there are only two of us and no kids.

Great condo with a well equipped kitchen as well as all the necessary items for the beach! Tarah was extremely accommodating to us, including bringing and setting up a pack & play for our daughter. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was very resort like. Highly recommend!

My husband, coaches and boys enjoyed their stay here very much! Every time we spoke on the phone they were talking about how beautiful the house was and how gorgeous the surrounding golf course was. Helena was quickly responsive when my husband informed her that a nest had formed on the back porch and sent workers over right away! Thank you for opening your home for their stay and if they’re ever back for another tournament that way we will definitely be looking to see if your space is available!!
