We had a lovely peaceful stay. Very well equipped cabin, very clean and great amenities. Really enjoyed relaxing in the Hot Tub under the stars. Would recommend!

Great place felt right at home and fully stocked kitchen and linens and blankets and towels for our group! Little slice of heaven to relax and rest and enjoy our weekend.

Excellent responsive host! Beautiful, private cabin with a phenomenal view of the Mississippi River valley. Inside there is a Lovely, enchanting & comfortable cabin atmosphere. Great fireplace! Good hot tub. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Except they need to upgrade the skillets & pots, which are very old. We left a note communicating this point. If you like pure privacy....this is the place! Transporting heavy luggage to and from the cabin can be a challenge. A long descending sidewalk can be difficult, especially for older guests. Young & strong....no problem. Overall we really enjoyed our visit. This cabin is a Gem!! We will consider a return trip.

It was the perfect location for our girls weekend! Plenty of beds and space for us to gather.

I stayed here with 4 college friends and we had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed to cook meals and relax. The hot tub and fire pit were fun extras. The hallway bunk beds are reasonable for shorter/smaller adults and were actually quite comfortable. The location is absolutely quiet and private with a great view over the river bottoms. Highly recommend the Stockholm Pie Company, Villa Belleza Winery, and the Stone Barn pizza in the local area!

This was an excellent place for our family annual retreat. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great for playing cards and board games when it was rainy. The restroom/shower area was clean and well stocked. The hiking up the hill to watch the stars was a wonderful surprise. Close to Whitewater State Park. A good quality coffee machine. Chelsi was responsive and friendly. Great memories!

We needed to move vacation houses due to some crazy weather and flooding in the general area. Barrett's place was exactly what we needed. It had plenty of space to walk the dog near the river, the beds were super comfy, the internet was great, and the host was super responsive to my questions!

Large, spacious property that can accommodate big groups with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and a functional kitchen. Highly oriented to the hunting community and had the appropriate decor to match. Quick trips into Mondovi and a manageable distance from Eau Claire. Overall, the property well fit our needs to have a convenient location for our group of 10 attending a country wedding.

Had everything we needed. Allowing dogs is always a great start for us but the owner went above and beyond by offering a pack and play at the rental for our baby. The property was quiet and well maintained. Everything felt hotel ready for us to stay in. Cannot think of anything that could’ve been better 10/10 would recommend

This is my second stay here! My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get away for a weekend or who wants to take a fishing trip. There are a ton of great fishing spots around the area. I will definitely be coming back!

Jen and Brett’s place highly exceeded our expectations!!! We came to stay at the cottage as a last minute weekend getaway. The property was spotlessly clean and so comfortable! The hosts were amazing and their dog Fiona adorable. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!!

We absolutely loved This place. The Cabin was perfectly rustic while well appointed with everything we needed. The surroundings are beautiful wooded ridges and hilly farm fields. My daughter loved the small pond to practice her paddling with me. My wife loved the loft bedroom that allowed her to escape my snoring. And we all loved the ever present birds, (Eagles, hummingbirds, orioles and goldfinches to name a few standouts) We will be sfaying here for sure when we visit our family in the area again. It was PERFECT!

The place was very cute and cozy. A nice little spot for a quiet getaway.

Great place to stay. Easy accessible to accommodate an elderly grandmother, grandkids and great grandkids. Walking distance to the winery and parks. Great shade. Had s’mores in the back. Lots of fantastic memories

House was very clean and nice! Ceiling fans, air condition was great! Was better than we expected! Would definitely stay again.

This was such a unique farm stay and a labor of love! We so enjoyed being in the house!

We really enjoyed our stay at Esther's Cottage (and we'd really like to know more about Esther!) The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The view is spectacular! We spent most of our time there in the sun room overlooking the river, playing games and enjoying the scenery. There is a nice porch also but it was too hot to sit out there on the weekend we visited! The new owners, David and Kara are very responsive and did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Zeke’s place was fantastic. They provide all the life jackets and water toys you need. The cove is peaceful with a great park within a short walk with playgrounds. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Best Regards, Robert J Brue
