Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Chelan

Our stay was great! The only thing I would recommend would be to get black face masks instead of blue so it will block out more of the bright sun. The sun is pretty bright in two of the bedrooms. Overall great stay & Stephanie was very accommodating & great communication.

It's hard to explain a place like this. Simply put, the setting, the home and the location in general, far exceeded my expectations! Yes, it's up a mountain. Yes, it's very remote. But, wow, it sure is civilized for being in such a remote and private location. we enjoyed ourselves for days, seeing only birds, deer and feeling the wind and sun. Such a great escape. The house itself is newer, with everything you need for comfort and every window has a stunning view. For connectivity, my phone (T Mobile) had 5g signal in the realm of 380 Mbps! Thanks to Ron for sharing this wonderful place. Thinking of when we can get back already.

Amazing, Clean house, tons of room, storage, and space to spread out. Extra touches included a welcome basket, electronic chargers, bath robes, and more. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil that you could possibly use while on vacation. And very cute coffee bar and mugs.

Absolutely STUNNING from the moment you arrive. The home with the wreath lite up - WOW. Once you open your car door you can hear water from the adjacent creek running into the river (time of year may change this). Following the very well outlined instructions you enter the pristine home and your mouth drops open - the decor, the views, the attention to detail - A+++. Heated floors in the entrance and mater bath. The river views!!!! Towels on each bed. So welcoming you do not want to leave. The views could not be better from the home, the deck, the hot tub and the fire pit. The hot tub was so refreshing and the beds were so comfy that all of us including two teens slept in each day. This home is more remote which is outstanding for peace and quiet; bring some yummy treats (town is also not that far if need be). Also, the river bottom is a little bit of a hike - not that friendly for young ones or people needing assistance, but the house view is exceptional. Book now-I am!!!!

Fantastic place that’s minutes away from Leavenworth while giving us the feeling of living in the woods! 100 percent recommend! Beautiful property!

Charmaine is a wonderfully responsive host….her home is beautifully designed and on a magnificent rural parcel. The kitchen was the most well-appointed and stocked one to date for us. Will definitely look to return again in the future!

We stayed here for memorial at the last minute and loved it! The outside landscaping and area to hang out with the bbq and hot tub is beautiful and private. The kitchen has everything you need and labeled which i love. The beds are very comfortable and its quiet inside even though its by the road. Also they recommended a nice bakery that you can walk to in the morning! Overall great host and house!

The balcony if this studio offers one of the best views you will find in an AirBnb. In addition to the view, this studio is clean, comfortable, and close to downtown Leavenworth.

Beautiful, very clean place with good view of mountains. Emily was very concerned about my allergies and went out of her way to launder linens beforehand in an appropriate way; would be good for those with allergies/asthma!! Comfortable bed and reclining couch. Loved it.

Great location just outside of town but walkable to everything we desired. Clean and stocked with everything needed plus more. Clear instructions and expectations.

This place are perfect for time off with the family’s. Kids wife and I we have a wonderful time off

This rental was a perfect location if you want to be right in the middle of the great shops, restaurants, and general liveliness of Leavenworth. One step outside and you’re at multiple restaurants and shops and the rest of the Main Street is just one block up. It was also a great location for easily getting to some popular hikes and surroundings. We loved the views of the mountains from the bedrooms and balconies. They also provided earplugs at the nightstands in case you’re sensitive to the noise and laughter outside at night, which I thought was a thoughtful touch

It was a very great stay and the apartment is very beautiful and crystal clean. If I get a chance again, I would do the same place. Thanks to the host.

We enjoyed our stay! Liked the quiet location, just out of town but conveniently close. Everything was clean and well organized. Nice kitchen and dining setup, was perfect for the two of us. Comfortable bed with three pillow options 👍

great place. it's right next to the sweet spots. walkable, felt very safe. great hosts too, very accommodating. ex. needed a can opener and they provided. awesome hosts and place. If I'm ever passing through again, I'll use this place!

We loved staying at Holly's place for a quick weekend trip and would definitely stay again. It is stocked with everything you might need, particularly with a little one in tow. We were able to easily walk to the downtown strip to explore and eat dinner, making it a super convenient location. All in all very comfortable, thanks for the stay!

Friends & family loved this Airbnb for my fiancée & I’s joint bachelor/bachelorette weekend celebration! Amazing location - walkable to so many amazing restaurants, bars & parks. Beautiful scenery - right on the water with great views. MinhTri was amazing with communication & the Airbnb was beautiful, clean & a great space to host!

Perfect location in south shore. Makes it easy to get to the lake and other places. House was well maintained and was equipped with everything needed for a weekend getaway. Julia was great too. The instructions were clear and very quick to respond.

This was the fourth consecutive year we've stayed at Lake Chelan Shores, always picking a unit near the shoreline. The units have ranged from okay to very good. This place, though, was exceptional! Not only was the location as good as it can get (100 ft from the shoreline), the unit itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated, with a fully stocked kitchen and a bathroom equipped to a degree I've not seen before (Dove Soap!) - one will not need for a single thing. You could stay there for months and not need or want anything else. Staying in STRs has been our mode of travel for over two decades, loving the variety, both good and bad. This is the first time where we have said to ourselves: we are definitely coming back to this one. Cathy is an excellent host: proactive and helpful. It really could not have been a better experience.

James’ place is absolutely one of the top places I’ve stayed at in the country! Perfect for three couples and one teenager. The location was phenomenal- very walkable around the town. One can even jog to the Icicle Ridge Trailhead! Great selection of games - our families thoroughly enjoyed playing after exploring the town. Very peaceful, amazing views. Can’t beat this place.

This condo is well-appointed and lovely. The king bed is comfortable- mattress on the firmer side but not too hard. We found everything we needed to make meals in the kitchen and the living area is comfortable and plenty big. It was just the two of us, but the condo would serve a family of 4 or 5 well. Beautiful view of the lake, and close to amenities but not in the middle of the most touristy parts of town. We were here in late October- am thinking that in peak summer it would be nice to be here and tucked away from the resorts and crowds, but still close to everything. Host communication was friendly and helpful. A great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s place! The attention to detail, from a pack n play, to kids games, coloring books, children’s books, extensive dish ware and cooking utensils made for an amazing, family-friendly stay. We loved how walkable the amenities were, the indoor pool was steps away from the condo, the lake and playground were just a few minutes walk, making it such an enjoyable experience for our kids! We loved being a short drive away from busy downtown Chelan while still being able to enjoy the quiet lake life. We would love to stay again!
