Clean, clutter free with excellent amenities and a view that’s priceless. Within walking distance of just about every restaurant in town and a short 5 minute drive to the casino.

What a gem! Quiet and tucked away while still within walking distance to local shops and nearby parks. A nice leisurely stroll and you're in town! The building itself seemed older but once you walk inside, everything looks refreshed, clean, cozy, and very welcoming. All the accents and touches just give you that sense of home. And Niki is such a great host. Responsive and absolutely making sure you enjoy your stay. Definitely will book again! Very recommended!

If you’re not into camping at Lake Chelan State Park, this is the next best thing—or honestly, the better thing! 😄 The views were stunning, just a short walk to the lake, plus access to a great pool and all the amenities you could ask for. Tons of fresh towels, and even though I forgot my shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, the host had me covered with supplies that smelled amazing. Walking distance to grocery stores and a local park made it super convenient. The host was one of the best I’ve ever interacted with—thoughtful, kind, and always willing to help. Even my family, who camped nearby, is planning to book here next time. Highly recommend!

Jani’s place is exactly as shown in the pictures, beautiful, well stocked, close to the lake, cozy and comfortable. This was our first time in Chelan and we couldn’t have found a better place. Jani’s place or right by the lake and the building complex has a heated pool within. The place was perfect for our two little girls and a fabulous getaway weekend. I highly recommend the staying 😊

Spacious and comfortable space that was quiet and peaceful. An easy 20 minute walk into the heart of Leavenworth. The host was easy to reach and always responsive. We had a great stay!

The place was perfect for what we needed and was so close to downtown. The host was very communicative, the place was very clean, and had clear check-in and check out instructions. We also loved that it is pet friendly!

James’ place is absolutely one of the top places I’ve stayed at in the country! Perfect for three couples and one teenager. The location was phenomenal- very walkable around the town. One can even jog to the Icicle Ridge Trailhead! Great selection of games - our families thoroughly enjoyed playing after exploring the town. Very peaceful, amazing views. Can’t beat this place.

Excellent location steps from the pool and plenty of room for four ladies. Condo was exactly as described and was very clean. We were there before the busy season so had the pool and hot tub to ourselves most of the time. Would book again for sure.

I’ve stayed here twice, it’s a hidden gem in chelan. Has free parking is always very clean and you have access to the beach crossing the street, a pool in the back patio, and reasonable price point. Highly recommend.
