Holiday rentals with a patio in Lake Biwa

Wonderful flat with plenty of amenities you might not even make use of. The surrounding was very peaceful and quiet. The host made a lot friendly arrangements to make the room feel cozy.

Asaki was very helpful and friendly. The place was bigger than we thought and very nice. The location is convenient to go to Osaka or Kyoto. One thing to note is that there wasn’t many good restaurants nearby so we would just take the train to the next town :)

We had an amazing trip in Osaka! 福澤‘s place is very clean and conveniently located in a shopping area, where you can walk miles under a roof without worrying about getting wet from the rain. Restaurants in this area are reasonably priced and served local food. We didn’t see a lot of tourists, so it’s very nice to see how local people spent their days. 福澤 is a very responsive host, whenever you need help, she is there for you. We worries about a few things and asked her to help find answers, and she tried her best to find information for us. In summary, we had a great trip in Osaka, we fell in love with Japan, for its food, culture, people, etc, we will definitely come back for the same reason. Thanks again 福澤!

Easy to check in. Around 5 min walk to the station with the Midosuji line. Room has a lot of space and a table which is really convenient. Great food recommendations from the host. Staying here again when I plan to go back

The stay was great and our host was very responsive. The location is perfect as all three konbinis and a pharmacy are nearby! Would definitely stay again!

The room was larger than I expected, full of amenities, and was very popular with my companions.Especially the towels in the amenities were fluffy and the water absorption was good, which was appreciated.A car is recommended because it is a 10-minute walk from the station.There are restaurants nearby, but it is a bit of a walk.

Good location, a few minutes walk to Tianmann Station (noon), quick to Mesotacho and Umeda, convenient to eat, drink, comfortable, comfortable, suitable for 1-3 people to live. Due to proximity to the train line, it will be heard passing by, but the volume is acceptable.

This is my first time to Osaka self-service tourism, with my family have old and small, not easy, but come to this homestay, there is an elevator, luggage is very convenient, there are three rooms, toilet also has three sets, plus the common space living room kitchen is very large enough, the nearby transportation is very convenient, we can walk to Osaka castle about 10 minutes to arrive, even to Osaka station or Doton cave and Namba... It is very convenient, it is worth recommending to family friends who will walk freely in Osaka!

A perfect spot for anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We made a small mistake and forgot to return the key when checking out, so we ended up leaving it at Kyoto Station. Bella was very understanding and went out of her way to pick it up, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful stay in a serene location—highly recommend it if you're seeking calm and relaxation!

This home was perfect for our family (parents + 2 college-age daughters). We appreciated the historical and beautiful home. The sleeping arrangements were particularly good - very comfortable mattresses, pillows, and linens. There were good safety features too, like flashlights around and well-lit stairs. We appreciated being a bit away from the crowds near the center of town but still near subways and buses. We stayed for a week and so explored the quiet neighborhood pretty thoroughly, and particularly enjoyed seeing a small school bus full of very sleepy preschoolers in their small straw hats a couple of times! We will definitely try to stay again on our next trip.

My friends and I stayed at James’ for one night and we wished we had stayed more days! The location was very easy to find and accessible by car. James provided us with clear instructions too to get inside the house. The house was a perfect stay if you value comfy. We really felt at home. We had everything we needed at the house. He even provided coffee machine for us to use. James is a great host! He’a very proactive and his instructions were very clear. He’s also very thoughtful of us. Provided us with everything we needed including umbrella for us to take home during rainy days. All and all, we definitely recommend to stay here. It’s perfect!

My 78 year old mom and a family of 9 came back from a great day. The stairs were hard for my mom, so we stayed with us on the first floor and went up before going to sleep. It's a very spacious house for 9 people. It was spacious, but there were a lot of heaters here and there, so I stayed warm. It's a pity that we arrived late and couldn't use various facilities. Also, I was surprised that the kitchen was so spacious. Thank you so much for your kind response and guidance.

This time I traveled to Japan with my mother and an aunt. First, I stayed in Kyoto for 4 days, and finally returned to Osaka for 2 days. The location of this house is still quite good, but it is a little distance from the subway station. However, 50 meters from the house, there is a 71 convenience store, which is very convenient. If you are tired at night, you can buy some food and drink at any time.You can also buy your own ingredients to cook and eat, it feels like home!

Staying at this AIRBNB was an amazing experience. The host was on top of everything, and was so nice. 👍 I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for an escape from the city. The surroundings were breathtaking.

The place was even more beautiful than the pictures showed! Plenty of space to interact as well as privacy for sleeping. Incredible location in a wonderful neighborhood with amazing restaurants and cafes, and just a short walk to the National Gardens and other wonderful sights! The hosts were amazing and communicative. We were greeted with a matcha ceremony and had every need met. 10/10! Would recommend to anyone and hope to stay again!!

The house is spectacular—spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood while still being close to public transport and great local spots. Saki was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and thoughtful. She provided clear instructions, local recommendations, and even small touches in the house that made us feel genuinely welcomed. Waking up in such a peaceful space and returning to it after long days of exploring Kyoto was truly a gift. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.
