This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away. Grand Rivers is a golf cart community - let us know if you would like to rent our cart to make getting around easier (and more fun!).

You are within an hour of the “Land between the Lakes” area. Area brochures available. You have a private patio, table, grill, Wi-fi, tv, games , children’s playground, and gazebo! NO PETS, ALLOWED! We have 2 playful Labs!

Located in mid town, Paducah, this 2 bedroom duplex is centrally located to everything that Paducah has to offer! 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, large eat-in kitchen and a washer and dryer. Stay for a weekend or stay for a week. Close to Baptist Hospital, the mall, and downtown Paducah. Fully equipped kitchen with a full sized refrigerator as well as coffee, tea, snacks and an assortment of soft drinks are available. Close to I-24 so you can pop in and out quickly!

Dee’s Downstairs Private Apartment

One bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in a subdivision. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Screened in porch and fire pit area might be shared during summer months.

Mermaid Cottage

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We are located four houses up from marina , so a 5 minute walk. Also 2 beautiful walking trails a park with playground and beach. This has a galley kitchen and roomy sitting area. It is a studio with a beachy flair! Bring your beach towels and kayaks and there’s room for a boat too or rent one! A 1/2 mile to many restaurants and water park. There’s also a canopy with out door sitting area.

Parking for boats w outside 110 outlets and ATV. ( let us know if you need this parking space) This room has a queen bed, bath and a full kitchen! No dogs over 40 lbs.
