This private vacation home on Lake Barkley have beautiful views of the lake and has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

This was such a beautiful wooded setting; so peaceful and the perfect getaway for our anniversary! Everything was very clean with modern finishes and very well decorated! The bed was amazing! I didn't even wake up during the night, which I usually do. The coffee, provided from a local coffee shop, was amazing! We highly recommend this beautiful tree house for your next getaway! Location is private and perfect for a quick getaway. The cabin was so comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The best part of my stay was all of the bird and squirrel activity and the friendly cats sunbathing on the porch. It was a treat to sip on a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise/sunset on the cliff. My stay was perfect and will definitely be back again!

We had a very relaxing weekend. The expansive deck was lovely for sitting and reading. The private dock was excellent for us to go fishing at all times of the day. The home itself is beautiful, with charming architecture and touches, and wonderfully furnished. Plenty of space inside and out, with everything we needed and more.

Great, family friendly place to stay! I think this is the cleanest property that we’ve stayed at! Very responsive and kind hosts! We really liked the central room to hang out in with bedrooms off the main area. Overall great experience!
