Holiday rentals with a sauna in Lake Atitlán

The most tranquil peaceful pad with all you need, friendly people and busy local town a stone throw away. Boat rides easily accessible and frequent making it easy to reach other towns to explore. Tranquil beach walk from the house to the village. A little veranda and lawn to take in the lake and volcano. Views will be missed. 5 stars. 😊

Sacred Tree is such a gem, I’m so happy I got to stay here on vacation. The location is perfect- right on the lake, close to the public dock, close to a few good restaurants, all while feeling remote and private. The communication with the host was very reliable, they always responded and help to bring anything within 20 mins- iron, cooking oil, yoga mats. The Terra bungalow is even better than the photos. I spent lots of time relaxing on the porch, either hammock, chairs or hot tub :) The bed was sooo comfy. My recommendations are: 1. Eat at Isla Verde and book by the afternoon for dinner 2. Bring a Z-pack and any meds you may need as there is no pharmacy in Santa Cruz 3. Use the private lancha contact provided by the host- he had the best prices and was always on time. Could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Before arrival it was challenging to get hold of the host. Which left several of my questions unanswered. But once arrived at the location Luzmi was very helpfull and the studio and it's view were breath taking. I really enjoyed my stay there! If you are looking for a sweet embrace of nature, combined with the feel if luxery, this is your place.

I felt immediately at home in Tzanabaj! Nico and Venus are great hosts and I loved my studio! right by the lake, peaceful, while also close to the city center (10 min tuk tuk), where the restaurants and supermarkets can be found. There is also a beautiful community living in the other houses, so you can have your privacy and socialise with other like-minded people if you want. Totally recommend!

We had a lovely stay here on Lake Aitlan. It was so homely, Nico was very welcoming when we first arrived and throughout the trip, along with Venus and Mary - they were all so helpful. The views were incredible for the platform and so relaxing! All the villages were in easy reach via boat or tuk tuk. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to be surrounded by a lovely community in a peaceful location.

I loved this place. It is beautiful and so peaceful. The home is as pictured. There are not any restaurants in walking distance but their are stores. This home is a 30 minute drive from Panajaschal main street. I did not use Uber but it does show that you can get Uber from here, according to the app. I used a private driver throughout my stay and it worked out perfectly.

Un lugar maravilloso, me encanto todo, muy equipada la casa, muy limpia, libre de insectos, buen ambiente, el guardián Don Cesar una persona respetuosa y muy atento, le estancia en esta vivienda fue lo más bello, anduvimos en Kayac nos prestaron chalecos salvavidas y mi recomendación es que de 6am a 11am el agua esta super tranquila para andar en el Kayac. Todo hermoso!!! Volveremos a venir con toda la familia.

Pasamos una semana brutal en esta casa. El diseño es espectacular, todo en la propiedad está muy bien pensado y con un gusto genial. Cada detalle hacen de la estadía algo sabroso y placentero, quedamos fascinados con mi esposo. El espacio es súper funcional, lindo y privado. La casa es tan práctica, la vegetación hermosa y toda la decoración hermosa. La cama también garantiza un buen descanso. Es fácil llegar desde la ciudad y Julio nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estadía, sin importar la hora. Es importante tomar en cuenta que la casa no tiene wi-fi y la señal es poca, pero es la excusa perfecta para desconectarse de verdad. ¡Gracias Victoria! Por abrir las puertas de este lugar hermoso y en especial por acoplarte a nuestras necesidades. Seguro volvemos.

The house was beautiful. Right on the lake with Cristal clear water to just jump in when waking up. We loved it!

Blue Sky casa is absolutely beautiful. Stunning inside and out, with beautiful views of the lake and volcanoes. Stayed with my family of five and had plenty of room to enjoy our family time together. The house was super clean with nice furnishings. The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall the house was perfect for us and I would highly recommend for families, couples, groups. The location is close to the lake, about 8 minutes walking distance. You can only reach the house by climbing up steep steps, about 30 of them so you should be prepared for that. It was worth it for us and not a problem but it definitely would be difficult for some. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Would love to stay again in the future.

We would be more than happy to return. The garden is beautiful and very private. The host was very prompt with a question we had about wood for the sauna. In the evening, the lighting in the main room was low. Making it slightly difficult to read a book. The sheets on the bed were fantastic. Nice thick, crisp sheets.

Aunque mi estancia fue corto, me encantó la casa. Una vista preciosa, un jardín muy bonito y muchos pagaros. La casa es muy amplio y tiene todo lo necesario. Disfrutamos mucho nadar en el lago y cenar en el Restaurante.
