Very nice cottage, very clean and functional

Great place to stay when cycling the Velodyssee. It is right on the route and is very comfortable. The place is well renovated and has all the necessary amenities. The hosts are very friendly and respond swiftly to messages.

We had a great time with Patricia and Pascal who are very welcoming and at our service. Well located accommodation in a quiet and tranquil location, near the shops of Le Fenouiller and St-Gilles. We recommend it to visiting hosts. Thank you to them for their welcome.

We spent 5 nights in Loic's house… accommodation consistent with the photos, clean, well located between the city center 20 min walk and the beach 15 min walk. The location of the house is quiet and surrounded by greenery...

This was the best accommodation and hospitality we have experienced so far and that means something, because we always have great accommodation. Sophie and Eric, the dogs, the chickens, the cat, the turtle, the family and the friends are just great. We felt at home or better like visiting good friends from second 1. Thank you! The apartment is very nice and offers everything you need. The location is special if you like short distances to the beach or nature. But shopping for the best French food is also only 4 minutes away by car. We preferred Les Halles in Bretignolles-sur-Mer. Cheese, fruit, vegetables, fish and meat - all of the best quality and French coziness and matching flair. This makes shopping, cooking, eating and living fun. Unfortunately, we can only give 5 stars, 7 would certainly be appropriate. We will be back if we can. In this sense, à bientôt and allez les chiens - Vamos!

Marie welcomed us very warmly. Impeccable location. There's nothing missing. We spent a week without taking the car, everything is accessible on foot, market, restaurant, beach, city center. We highly recommend it. Thanks again to Marie for the sweetness of our 1st breakfast and her advice for our stay. We will be back no problem.

We are from Vendée and have just booked one night to participate in a local event. Mauricette is a lovely host, very friendly exchanges, impeccable accommodation in a beautiful environment. Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well received. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

The apartment is super located, it is only 100m to the beach. The dunes start right next to the house and it is nice and quiet. From the loggia, you can see the sea. Around the corner is a fish and seafood shop, so you can stock up directly on site and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The private parking is a nice bonus. There is only one restaurant within walking distance and no direct shopping facilities, apart from the Firschmarkt, but that did not bother us.

Excellent stay in this studio, you'll find everything you need, it's super clean, Line is very friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were valuable, the location is ideal, and I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance. Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice accommodation, very clean, right in front of the sea, quiet; light basement perfect when it's 30°... close to the Arago neighborhood and its market, restaurants... we'll remember it for our next visit.
