The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. The place is so spacious. So loving it. Thank you for having this kind of space for us to bond with our family.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was very clean, thoughtfully designed, and felt just like home. It was spacious for one person and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell a lot of care went into setting up the space. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Peaceful and private. The private pool was great for us to use at our leisure and the care taker was so helpful with handling laundry to running to the store for minor items. We will miss him.

We had a lovely stay at Rachel’s place! The unit is cozy, tastefully decorated, and exactly like the photos—no surprises, which we appreciated. It felt welcoming and comfortable, with thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home. Rachel was super responsive and always quick to reply, which made communication easy and stress-free. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in certain corners of the unit, but it wasn’t a big deal for us since we weren’t working remotely or streaming heavily. Overall, it was a great stay—clean, stylish, and in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The unit is cozy and clean. It looks exactly the same as shown in the description. It is relatively close to restaurants and IT Park but a bit far from the beach. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at.

I loved everything about this place! 🥰 It was super clean, and the ambiance and aesthetic were both homey and Insta-worthy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (the hot and cold water dispenser was a lifesaver!). The host was also friendly and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay right in the heart of the city!

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Cebu! absolutely fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we booked until our check-out, everything was seamless. The apartment itself was exactly as described – if not better! It was clean, well-maintained, beautifully decorated, spacious, cozy and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated the strong Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, refreshing pool, stunning view from the balcony. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was quite far from spots but cab is one call away!

I've been booking places through Airbnb for the past 6 years now, and this is by far the comfiest place I've ever stayed in. I usually have a hard time feeling at home in new places, but here, I was able to sleep right away!!! The bed and pillows were sooo comfy, I can’t even explain it hahahaha. You know how after a long day, you just want to lie down and sleep, right? So that's a very, very big plus point for this place!! That’s actually one of my concerns with other places I’ve booked — they really skimp on pillows. They're either too thin or too firm. But here, it really felt like home. Totally WORTH IT. The photos aren't edited or filtered! So what you see is what you’ll really get. On top of that, there were even complimentary snacks and drinks. Big thanks to Miss Kyong — she’s super accommodating and very responsive! I’ll definitely book this place again for my next trip to Cebu, possibly this August.
