Authentic house in a very quiet environment without neighbors. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful region with many walks for those who like to hike with elevation. House very well located close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

We had a great stay at Sharon and Joop's place. The latter is well thought out, accessible, pleasant and you feel good there. Being able to park next to the accommodation is a real advantage. We really enjoyed this place, which is very well maintained, very clean inside the apartments as well as outside. The welcome was very pleasant from the hosts, always concerned about the well-being of the tenants. The explanations are clear. We recommend a visit to Sharon and Joop without worries.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful typical Basque Country house. We can only recommend and would be very happy to come back next time.

The house is exactly as described and is finished to a very high standard. There are top quality appliances, furniture & amenities throughout. It was also very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The house is very well located. Hossegor is full of great restaurants & shops. The lake is a 3 minute drive (also walkable) and the ocean is about 8mins. Etienne was a great host. He was very responsive & helpful before and during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would happily come back again.

Dominique is a charming woman who welcomed us very well with my partner and with whom we were able to discuss the region. Her home is very friendly and the view is beautiful especially with your feet in the jacuzzi. 😁 Thank you to her for her sympathy.

Great house with garden. Very clean and located in front of the field. Excellent host service. We went with our dog and she was delighted to go in and out of the garden of the house. Supermarkets and everything you need are very close. Thank you very much

This is the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed at. Cécile is an absolutely amazing host who was incredibly proactive in every way. It was great to be checked in by Eric who could not have been more helpful. A truly lovely man. The house itself speaks for itself and was beyond our expectations. Everything was easily reached by car and there is so much to do locally. The house was spotless and we felt instantly at home, the dog especially! So much space! Evenings spent in the pool looking at the view were priceless. We would love to come back and spend more time here as this is genuinely a very special place that the family have made. Annick is charming and her accommodation is great! The tranquility you can breathe is incredible! The pool in the courtyard is TOP! It even has a couple of bikes available to enjoy. My partner and our dog went and we felt at home. Thank you for your kindness and we hope to be back soon with a little more time!!

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

We had a great time at Jean’s house. The place is spacious and very beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the swimming pool was very clean. The garden is well kept, with lots of beautiful plants, trees, and shrubs. Highly recommended!

Very nice house. The heated pool, spa and outbuilding are obviously big pluses! Quiet environment and very close to the ocean.

Bogdan was very responsive and luckily we were able to book in very short notice as we almost had no where to stay that evening. Despite the language barrier Bogdan was friendly and kind to us. The property is beautiful and very peaceful, the garden is beautifully maintained. We enjoyed a cuppa in the garden as the sun went down it was truly beautiful. We had a good sleep, the bed was comfy and the room was really clean with towels provided. The kitchen next door had access to coffee / hot water and a fridge etc for your goods. Thanks for your hospitality Bogdan, you saved our evening from disaster and gave us a memorable night instead 😃

We had a fantastic stay in this cottage just outside Espelette. The cottage itself is super neat, quietly located and equipped with every comfort. What makes this place extra special is the hospitality of our host. She had prepared all kinds of local delicacies for us on arrival — a really warm welcome. During our stay, she thought of everything with us and did everything to make us happy. That made it very personal and pleasant.

Nice pleasant house, functional, nicely furnished. Outside, a vast enclosed garden. Practical if you are accompanied by your pet. Friendly host, exchanges by email, responsive. We will keep this address for future stays. We love this region.

We recommend this apartment with sea view. Magical! It is perfectly located and very clean. We had a great time in Avignon. Céline is lovely and available for any questions. The little extra: being able to eat on the terrace while seeing and hearing the waves. We'll be happy to go back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Central to the coast, the mountains, lots of walks and villages with good food and interesting history. Very nicely furnished and everything we needed. It is always a good sign when the kitchen knives are nice and sharp! We really appreciated Jackie’s help .
